Abstract

본 발명은 범퍼 스테이를 프론트 프레임내로 삽입시켜 스크류로 체결하는데 있어서, 프런트 프레임내의 범퍼 스테이의 위치를 보정할 수 있는 범퍼 스테이 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 체결 구멍(31)이 형성된 수직부(36)와 조정구멍(40)이 형성된 수평부(37)로 구성된 우측 프레임(33)과, 수직부(38)와 조정구멍(45)이 형성된 수평부(39)로 구성된 좌측 프레임(34)과, 상기 우측 프레임(33)의 조정구멍(40)과 상기 좌측 프레임(34)의 조정 구멍(45)에 삽입되어 범퍼 스테이(5)의 위치결정을 하는 가이드 지그(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 종래의 범퍼 체결 구조의 분해 사시도이다.
제6도는 본 발명에 따른 프론트 프레임의 사시도이다.
제7도는 본 발명에 따른 가이드 지그의 사시도이다.
제8도는 본 발명에 따른 가이드 지그에 의해 스테이를 장착하는 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 체결 구멍(31)이 형성된 수직부(36)와 조정구멍(40)이 형성된 수평부(37)로 구성된 우측 프레임(33)과, 수직부(38)와 조정구멍(45)이 형성된 수평부(39)로 구성된 좌측 프레임(34)과, 상기 우측 프레임(33)의 조정구멍(40)과 상기 좌측 프레임(34)의 조정구멍(45)에 삽입되어 범퍼 스테이(5)의 위치결정을 하는 가이드 지그(50)로 구성 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 스테이 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정구멍(40,45)은 원형부(41)와 타원부(42)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 스테이 고정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 지그(50)는 사용자의 손 또는 공구 파지하기 위한 핸들(51)과 상기 핸들(51)과 일정한 간격을 두고 위치한 플레이트(52)와, 범퍼 스테이와 맞닿게 되는 지지구(53)미 상기 지지구(53)상에서 상방으로 연장되어 플레이트(52) 및 핸들(51)을 지지하는 지지축(54)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 스테이 고정장치.
