Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 연료 주입구 구조에 관한 것으로, 차량의 팬더에 용접 결합되고 필러 리드와 접촉되는 위치의 필러 박스 일측에 러버(Rubber)재의 스톱퍼가 브래킷에 고정되고 브래킷은 필러 박스에 볼트로 고정 부착된 차량의 연료 주입구 구조에 있어서, 상기 스톱퍼(7)가 설치되는 필러 박스(1)의 일측부위를 절곡하여 이의 끝단을 팬더(F)에 용접 결합하고 이 절곡부(10)의 전면에 필러 리드(2)와 대응하는 방향으로 절곡부(10)의 결합공(11)에 러버(Rubber)재의 스톱퍼(7)가 압입 결합되어 필러 리드의 설치구조에서 적어도 스톱퍼를 고정하기 위한 브래킷과 볼트등의 부품을 필요로 하지 않아 원가절감과 이의 조립작업에 따른 작업공수를 줄여 생산성을 향상시키며, 특히 스톱퍼의 설치가 필러 리드에 대응하는 상태를 항상 유지하여 충격완화에 따른 그 본질적인 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a fuel inlet structure of a vehicle, wherein a stopper made of a rubber material is fixed to a bracket at one side of a pillar box at a position welded to the panda of the vehicle and in contact with the filler lid, and the bracket is fixedly bolted to the pillar box.
