Abstract
휴엘탱크의 외부를 충격을 흡수하는 단열재로 구성하여 차량 후방 충돌시 휴엘탱크 파손에 의해 화재 발생시 탱크의 폭발을 방지시키기 위함이다.
휴엘탱크(20)에 있어서, 차량의 연료를 저장하는 용기가 형성되어 탱크의 본체(10)를 이루고, 상기 탱크의 본체(10)에는 연료 주입구(11)와 연료의 출구인 휴엘파이프(8) 그리고, 탱크내의 불순물 청소를 위한 드레인플러그(9) 및 연료의 출렁거림을 막는 세퍼레이터(7) 그리고, 연료의 잔량을 나타내는 연료게이지(6) 등으로 구성되어진 탱크 전면적(10)을 단열재(10a)로 감싸지고, 상기 탱크(10(10a)가 탱크밴드(12)에 의해 차체에 장착되는 구성이다.

Claims (2)
- 차량의 연료를 저장하는 용기가 형성된 휴엘탱크(10)에 화재 및 폭발 방지 방법에 있어서, 상기 휴엘탱크의 오피를 충돌시 외부충격을 흡수할 수 있는 단열재(10a)에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴엘탱크 단열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단열재(10a)는 다공질 재료나 탄력성이 풍부한 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휴엘탱크 단열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
