Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 연료 탱크 지지용 스트랩 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 차체의 브래키트에 넓은 폭의 끼움부와 좁은 폭의 걸림부를 갖는 고정공을 형성하고, 상기 고정공에 고정되는 스트랩의 고리에 고정공의 끼움부를 통하여 걸림부에 걸려 고정되는 고정핀을 일체로 결합하여 구성한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 연료 탱크 지지용 스트랩 고정장치는 스트랩에 고정되어 있는 고정핀을 브래키트에 형성되어 있는 고정공의 끼움부를 통하여 끼워 걸림부에 걸리게 하는 간단한 방법으로 스트랩을 고정할 수 있다. 따라서 스트랩의 고정에 걸리는 시간을 종래 대비 1/2이하로 단축할 수 있고, 이와 같은 조립 공수의 절감으로 인한 생산성 향상을 기할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a strap fixing device for supporting a fuel tank of an automobile, and forms a fixing hole having a wide fitting portion and a narrow engaging portion in a bracket of a vehicle body, and is fixed to a hook of a strap fixed to the fixing hole.
