Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 측면 강성 보강 구조에 관한 것으로써, 종래에는 임팩트 빔을 고정시키는 브라켓이 도어 인너 판넬에 단순히 볼트나 용접에 의해서 평면적으로 고정되는 구성으로써, 측면 충격시 상기 임팩트 빔이 충격을 감소시키는 데에는 한계가 있기 때문에 충격시 도어 내부의 임팩트 빔이 꺽이면서 실내방향으로 밀려들어가 승객에게 치명적인 상해를 입히는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a side rigid reinforcement structure of a vehicle, and in the related art, a bracket for fixing the impact beam is fixed to the door inner panel in a planar manner simply by bolts or welding. 따라서 본 발명은 임팩트빔(200)을 도어 인너 판넬(110)에 취부시 사용되는 브라켓(300)의 형상을 "ㅓ"형으로 형성하여 브라켓(300)의 절곡부(310)는 임팩트 빔(200)과 결합되고 선단부(320)는 도어 인너 판넬(110)과 사이드 아우터 판넬(400)을 절곡시켜 형성된 면에 지지되도록 구성함으로써 자동차가 측면 충격을 받을 경우 임팩트 빔(200)이 꺽이면서 브라켓(30)과 함께 실내로 밀려 들어가게 되는데 이때 브라켓(300)의 선단부(320)가 도어 인너 판넬(110)과 사이드 아우터 판넬(400)에 꽂히게 되므로 임팩트 빔(200)이 실내로 밀려들어가는 것을 최대한 억제할 수 있으므로 승객을 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.Therefore, the present invention forms the shape of the bracket 300 used when attaching the impact beam 200 to the door inner panel 110 in a “ㅓ” shape so that the bent portion 310 of the bracket 300 has the impact beam 200.
