- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브파지부(32d, 34d, 44, 48)는 다수개의 투브(36, 38)를 그 원통 표면이 서로 접촉하게 한 상태로 파지하여 상기 튜브(36, 38)의 내부 홀들이 평평하게 되도록 할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 튜브파지부(32d, 34d, 44, 48)는 다수개의 튜브(36, 38)를 서로 겹친 상태로 수납하기 위한 홈(32d, 34d)과; 상기 홈(32d, 34d)에서 튜브(36, 38)를 평평하게 하는 평평화 수단(44, 48)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브홀더 이송수단(22; 41)은 튜브(16, 18; 36, 38) 사이에서 튜브(16, 18; 36, 38)의 연장 방향으로 연장된 중심선(24; 70)을 축으로 상기 제2튜브홀더(14; 34)를 상기 제1튜브홀더(12; 32)에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있게 하는 튜브홀더 회전기구(22a, 22b;52)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 튜브홀더 이송수단(22; 41)은 상기 제2튜브홀더(14; 34)를 제1튜브홀더(12;32에 대해 180° 회전시켜 제2튜브홀더(14; 34)측의 다수개의 튜브(16, 18; 36, 38)의 절단면이 중심선(24; 70)을 축으로 제1튜브홀더(12; 32)측의 다수개의 튜브(16, 18; 36, 38)의 절단면에 대해 180° 회전함으로써 각각의 절단면을 일렬로 맞출수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브홀더 이송수단(41)은 상기 제2튜브홀더(34)가 상기 제1튜브홀더에 대해 상대 회전한 다음 다수개의 투브(36, 38)의 제1튜브홀더(32)의 절단면과 제2튜브홀더(34)의 절단면을 밀착시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1튜브홀더(32)와 제2튜브홀더(34) 사이의 거리를 좁혀주기 위한 홀더접근기구(54)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 수단(20; 40)은 다수개의 튜브(16, 18; 36, 38)를 높은 온도에서 가열, 용융하여 절단하는 절단날(20a;40a)과; 상기 절단날(20a;40a)을 상기 제1튜브홀더(12;32)와 제2튜브홀더(14;34) 사이의 간격쪽으로 삽입 또는 후퇴시키는 절단날 이송수단(20b; 72)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 튜브연결장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
