Abstract

본 발명은 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 헤드드럼을 중심으로 데크새시의 양측면에 형성된 가이드 장공을 따라 슬라이딩 이송되는 폴베이스 조립체를 연동 시키기 위한 한쌍의 로딩기어와, 이 로딩기어를 데크새시상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지하는 로딩 브라켓과, 이 로딩 브라켓의 양측 하면으로 연장 형성된 데크새시의 하부로 관통되며, 한쌍의 로딩기어를 회전 가능하게 축 지지하는 지지보스를 포함하여 된 것으로서, 로딩 브라켓 단한번의 조립에 의해 지지보스와 지지축 및 훅크가 동시에 조립완료되는 것이어서, 조립성이 향상된 것이며, 특히 부품수가 대폭적으로 감소된 것이어서, 대폭적인 단가절감을 도모한 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 헤드드럼을 중심으로 데크새시의 양측면에 형성된 가이드 장공을 따라 슬라이딩 이송되는 폴 베이스 조립체를 연동 시키기 위한 한쌍의 로딩기어와, 이 로딩기어를 데크새시상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지하는 로딩 브라켓을 갖는 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치에 있어서, 상기 로딩 브라켓(60)은 그일측 중심면에 형성된 관통공(61)과 이 관통공(61)을 통해 데크새시상에 체결되는 나사(S)에 의해 데크새시(10)의 상면에 고정 설치되며, 상기 로딩 브라켓(60)의 양측 하면에는 상기 데크새시(10)의 하부로 관통되어 상기 한쌍의 로딩기어(3,3')를 회전가능하게 축 지지하는 지지보스(62,62')가 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로딩 브라켓(60)과, 이 로딩 브라켓(60)의 양측하면에 형성된 지지보스(62,62')는 사출성형을 통해 일체로 성형되는 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 어느 하나의 지지보스(62)와 인접된 상기 로딩 브라켓(60)의 일측 상면에는 상기 데크새시(10)상에 안착되는 카세트 테이프를 지지하는 지지축(63)이 사출성형을 통해 일체로 형성되는 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지보스(62,62')가 형성된 부위와 대응되는 상기 로딩 브라켓(60)의 일측 상면에는 상기 데크새시(10)의 일측면에 위치되어 서플라이릴(20)의 텐션밴드(40)에 가압력을 부여하는 서브 브레이크(50)의 일단부가 축 지지되는 훅크부재(64)가 사출성형에 의해 일체로 형성되는 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 훅크부재(64)는, 상기 서브 브레이크(50)의 일단부가 축 지지되도록 연장 형성되는 고정축(64a)과; 상기 고정축(64a)과 소정간격 이격되도록 연장 형성되어 상호간의 사이에 안착홈(64b)을 형성하며, 그 단부에는 걸고리(64d)가 형성되어 상기 서브 브레이크(50)의 단부가 걸림 고정되는 훅크편(64c); 으로 이루어진 테이프 레코더의 로딩장치.
