본 발명은 불량이 있는 블록과 양호한 블록으로 구획되어 입력된 압축 오디오 데이터를 기록하는 오디오 램과, 상기 오디오 램에 압축된 오디오 데이터를 기록하거나 기록된 데이터를 독출하며 블록의 최상의 번지에서 인터럽트신호를 출력하는 인터페이스부와, 상기 인터페이스부를 통해 오디오 램에 압축된 오디오 데이터를 기록하거나 도출하고, 인터페이스부에서 인터럽트신호가 출력되면 다음 블록이 불량 블록인가를 순차적으로 판단하여 양호한 블록에 데이터를 기록하거나 독출하는 디지탈 프로세서로 구성되어, 불량이 있는 오디오 램을 사용하여 압축된 오디오 신호를 기록 하는 경우에도 결함이 있는 기억장소를 피하여 저장할 수 있으며, 다시 읽어내어 재생하는 경우에도 결함이 있는 기억장소를 건너 뛰어 완전한 데이터를 읽어낼 수 있는, 불량 메모리 소자를 이용한 압축된 오디오 신호의 기록/재생장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention provides an audio RAM for recording compressed audio data, which is divided into a defective block and a good block, and records compressed audio data or reads recorded data into the audio RAM, and generates an interrupt signal at the highest address of the block.
