Abstract
본 발명은 실리카 1중량부당 디올 0.05 내지 0.5중량부를 이용하여, 50 내지 180℃에서 폴리디오가노실록산, 강화 실리카 충전제 및 디올 표면 개질제를 혼합하고 가열하여 펌프가능하고 안정한 범용 폴리디오가노실록산-실리카 혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
당해 혼합물을 사용하여 새깅되지 않은 RTV 실리콘 실런트 조성물을 제조한다.

Claims (4)
- 25℃에서 측정한 점도가, 0.1 내지 400Paㆍs인 폴리디오가노실록산, 규소 결합된 하이드록실 그룹을 3중량%이상 포함하는 화학식(1)의 디올 표면 개질제 및 표면적이 90 내지 500㎡/g이고 폴리디오가노실록산 전체에 균일하게 분산되는 강화 실리카 충전제를 혼합하여 제1혼합물(여기서, 폴리디오가노실록산, 실리카 충전제 및 디올을 합한 총 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 폴리디오가노실록산의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 80 내지 95중량%를 제공하는 데 필요한 양의 50 내지 100중량%이고, 디올의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 실리카 충전제 1부당 디올 0.05 내지 0.5부를 제공하는 데 필요한 양의 20 내지 100중량%이고, 실리카 충전제의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 실리카 충전제 5 내지 19.5중량%를 제공하는 데 필요한 양의 0 내지 100중량%이다)을 형성하는 단계(i), 디올 및 실리카 충전제의 하나 이상의 증가물(여기서, 증분은 첨가될 양의 5중량% 이상이다)을 제1혼합물과 혼합하여 제2혼합물(여기서, 폴리디오가노실록산, 실리카 충전제 및 디올을 합한 총 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 디올의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 실리카 충전제 1부당 디올 0.05 내지 0.5부를 제공하는 데 필요한 양은 0 내지 80중량%이고, 실리카 충전제의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 실리카 충전제 5 내지 19.5중량%를 제공하는데 필요한 양의 100중량% 이하이다)을 형성하는 단계(ii), 폴리디오가노실록산의 하나 이상의 증가물(여기서, 증분은 첨가될 양의 5중량% 이상이다)을 제2혼합물과 혼합하여 제3혼합물(여기서, 폴리디오가노실록산의 양은 전체 혼합물 중에 폴리디오가노실록산 80 내지 95중량%를 제공하는 데 필요한 양의 0 내지 50중량%이다)을 형성하는 단계(iii) 및 제3혼합물을 50 내지 180℃의 온도에서 15분 이상 동안 혼합, 가열함으로써 휘발 물질을 제거하여, 폴리디오가노실록산, 실리카 충전제 및 디올을 합한 총 100중량%를 기준으로 하여, 실리카 충전제 5 내지 19.5중량%와 폴리디오가노실록산 80 내지 95중량%로 이루어지고 25℃에서 측정한 플라토 응력이 700dynes/㎠ 이상이며 25℃에서 측정한 50,000dynes/㎠의 전단 응력에서의 전단감점도가 1,000Paㆍs이하인 혼합물을 수득하는 단계(iv)를 포함하여, 펌프가능하고 안정한 범용 폴리디오가노실록산-실리카 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.R'O(R2SiO)xR' (1)위의 화학식(1)에서 R은 메틸, 에틸, 비닐 또는 3,3,3-트리폴루오로프로필이고, R'는 각각 수소원자, 메틸 라디칼 및 에틸 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는데, R' 그룹 중의 30% 이하는 메틸 라디칼 또는 에틸 라디칼이며, x는 2 내지 18이다.
- 25℃에서 측정한 플라토 응력이 1000dynes/㎠ 이상이고 25℃에서 측정한 50,000dynes/㎠의 전단 응력에서의 전단감점도가 600Paㆍs이하인, 제1항에 따르는 방법으로 수득가능한 범용 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리디오가노실록산 말단 그룹의 80% 이상이 규소 결합된 하이드록실 그룹인 방법.
- 제2항에 따르는 범용 혼합물을 포함하고 수분 가수분해성 가교결합 실리콘 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 실온 경화성 실리콘 실런트 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
