Abstract
본 발명의 원위치 폴리에틸렌 블렌드의 제조방법은 적어도 하나의 메탈로센기저 촉매 시스템을 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀과 일련의 연이은 두개 이상의 각각의 반응기에서 기체상 중합조건하에서 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되며, (a) 에틸렌을 각각의 반응기로 도입시키고 ; (b) 선택적으로 적어도 3개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알파-올레핀과 디엔을 적어도 하나의 반응기에 도입시키고 ; (c) 일련의 제1반응기 내에서 형성된 에틸렌 중합체 메트릭스 및 촉매의 혼합물을 일련의 연이은 반응기로 이동시키고 ; (d) 각각의 반응기에서의 중합조건은 고분자량의 중합체가 적어도 하나의 반응기에서 형성되고 저분자량의 중합체가 적어도 하나의 다른 반응기에서 형성되도록 하는 것을 조건으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 각 반응기로 에틸렌을 도입시키고 ; (b) 선택적으로, 적어도 탄소원자 3 이상을 갖는 하나 이상이 알파-올레핀 또는 디엔 공단량체를 적어도 하나의 반응기로 도입시키고 ; (C) 일련의 제1반응기에서 형성된 에틸렌 중합체 메트릭스 및 촉매의 혼합물을 일련의 연이은 반응기로 이동시키고 ; 그리고 (d) 각 반응기에서 중합조건이 초래되는 중합체가 분자량 분포 또는 공단량체 조성 분포에서 또는 둘다에서 다중 형태가 되도록 되는, 중합조건하에서 기체상에서 일련의 두개 이상이 반응기에서 적어도 하나의 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템과 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀과 접촉하는 것으로 구성되는 원 위치 폴리에틸렌 블렌드의 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템은 단지 상기 제1반응기로만 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템이 각각의 반응기로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템이 저 분자랑을 갖는 폴리에틸렌을 제조하는 상기 반응기로 첨가되고 지글러/나타 촉매 시스템이고 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌을 제조하는 상기 반응기로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센이 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)에서 설명하는 바와 같이 카바메이트 또는 카르복실레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템이 담지되지 않은 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 기저 촉매 시스템이 담지되지 않은 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센이 인데닐 지르코늄 트리스(디에틸 카바메이트)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
