Abstract
본 발명은 내오염성, 내찰상성 및 내가공성 등이 우수한 반사 방지성을 갖는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 목적은 유리 기재(1)위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막(2)의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물(3)이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치로 달성된다.

Claims (6)
- 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 방사방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기재가 표시 장치의 유리 판넬이고, 이 유리 판넬 표면에 직접 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막이 형성되면서, 다시 그의 최표면에 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플오로폴리에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표시 장치의 유리 판넬에 상기 필터가 상기 반사 방사막이 형성되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 표면에 접착되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표시 장치의 유리 판넬 전면에, 상기 필터가 상기 반사 방지막이 형성되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 면에 대향하여 배치되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방사성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 평면 표시 장치.
- 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 음극선관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
