Abstract

본 발명은 내오염성, 내찰상성 및 내가공성 등이 우수한 반사 방지성을 갖는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 목적은 유리 기재(1)위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막(2)의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물(3)이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치로 달성된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 방사방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기재가 표시 장치의 유리 판넬이고, 이 유리 판넬 표면에 직접 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막이 형성되면서, 다시 그의 최표면에 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플오로폴리에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표시 장치의 유리 판넬에 상기 필터가 상기 반사 방사막이 형성되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 표면에 접착되어 있는 표시 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 표시 장치의 유리 판넬 전면에, 상기 필터가 상기 반사 방지막이 형성되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 면에 대향하여 배치되어 있는 표시 장치.
  5. 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방사성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 평면 표시 장치.
  6. 유리 기재 위에 형성된 단층 또는 다층의 반사 방지막의 최표면에, 말단에 극성기를 갖는 퍼플루오로폴리 에테르 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지성을 가지는 필터를 구비하여 이루어진 음극선관.
