Claims (3)
- a) 포말이 사실상 수직으로 자유 낙하하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 블록 발포체 설비의 컨베이어 벨트상에 상기 포말을 적용하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 컨베이어 벨트상에 횡방향으로 사실상 수직인 장벽을 배치하여 상기 포말이 상기 컨베이어 벨트의 이동 방향과 반대 방향으로 유동하는 것을 방지하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포말이 상기 컨베이어 벨트에 대해 직각으로 상기 컨베이어 벨트 폭의 20% 미만으로 연장되는 발포 장치에서 발생되고; 상기 발포 장치는 감압 유닛으로서 디자인되고 사실장 대칭인 원형 형상인 방법.
- a) 컨베이어 벨트를 가지는 연속 블록 발포체 설비; b) 상기 컨베이어 벨트의 위에 위치하여 폴리우레탄 액상 포말을 적용점에 공급하는, 사실상 수직으로 하향 배향된 출구를 포함하는 장치; 및 c) 상기 컨베이어 벨트의 이동 방향에 대해 상기 포말에 대한 상기 적용점의 후방으로 배치되고 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 가로질러 연장되는 사실상 수직인 장벽을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
