Claims (5)
- 높은 턴은 전류(Ipk)와 다음의 소정 값으로 조절되는 낮은 홀딩 전류(IH)에 의해, 타이밍 제어 및 전환될 수 있는 프리-런닝 회로를 가지는 전력단부 스테이지(E)와 직렬로 연결된 전자기 부하(Sol), 특히 내연기관 엔진의 디젤 분사 펌프의 자기 밸브에 대한 전력 단부 스테이지(E)를 트리거링하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 부하(Sol)가 턴온될 경우, 제어 전압(Vcon)은 단부 스테이지(E)상의 전압(Vd)이 소정 값(Vdmin)을 얻어지고 자기화 단계가 시작할때까지 일정하고 높은 증가 속도(+dVcon1/dt)로 0값으로부터 증가되고, 상기 단부 스테이지(E)를 통과하는 전류(Id)가 상기 부하(Sol)를 통과하는 전류(Id)와 동일한 상기 자기화 단계에서, 상기 단부 스테이지(E)를 통과하거나 상기 부하(Sol)를 통과하는 전류(Id, Isol)가 소정의 최대값(Ipk; IHmax)를 얻는 시간동안 상기 단부 스테이지(E)의 전압(Vd)은 상기 제어 전압(Vcon)을 통해 소정의 값(Vdmin)까지 조절되며, 상기 턴온 전류(Ipk) 또는 홀딩 전류(IHmax)의 각각의 초대값 달성 후, 상기 부하(Sol)가 턴오프될 때까지 상기 제어전압(Vcon)은 반복하여, a) 소정의 시간 주기(toff) 동안에 일정하고 느린 감소 속도(-dVcon2/dt)로 상기 단부 스테이지(E)를 통과하는 전류(Id)가 소정의 값(Idmin)을 얻게 될 때까지 감소되고, b) 상기 소정의 시간 주기(toff)의 종결까지 이런 값(Idmin)으로 유지되고, c) 다음에, 상기 소정의 시간주기(toff)의 종결 후, 일정하고 근소한 증가 속도(+dVcon2/dt)로 상기 단부 스테이지(E)를 통과하는 상기 전류(Id)가, c1) 소정의 값(IHmax)을 얻거나, c2) 상기 부하(Sol)을 통과하는 전류(Isol)와 같게되어, 상기 전류(Id)가 상기 소정의 값(IHmax)을 얻을때까지 자기화 단계가 계속되어 상승되고, 상기 부하(Sol)가 턴오프될 경우, 상기 프리-런닝전압이 최고값으로 전환될 때, 상기 제어 전압(Vcon)은 일정하고 높은 증가 속도(-dVcon1/dt)로 0의 값으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인의 간섭 전압(Vst)은 상기 단부 스테이지(E)의 온도 함수(Temp)로서 상기 제어 전압(Vcon)의 증가 및 감소(+dVcon/dt; -dVcon/dt)의 속도를 제어함으로써 소정의 값까지 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일 전압(Vsol)은 상기 최대 턴온 전류(Ipk)가 얻어질때까지 소정의 값(Vsolmax)으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공급 전압단(Vbat)에 부하와 직렬로 연결되고, 낮은 프리-런닝 전압으로부터 높은 프리-런닝 전압으로 전환될 수 있는 프리-런닝 회로(F) 및 타이밍 제어 회로(T)를 가지는 전자기 부하(Sol), 특히 내연기관 엔진의 디젤 분사 펌프에 대한 자기 밸브를 위한 전력 단부 스테이지(E)에 있어서, 상기 단부 스테이지(E)를 위한 제어 전압인 출력 전압(Vcon)을 가진 적분기(I)가 제공되고, 급속히 또는 느리게 충전 또는 방전하기 위해 상기 적분기(I)의 입력에 스위치(S1 내지 S4)를 통해 전달될 수 있는 출력 전류를 가진 적어도 하나의 작은 전류원과 하나의 큰 전류원(Qkl, Qgr) 및 하나의 작은 전류 싱크와 하나의 큰 전류 싱크(Skl, Sgr)가 제공되며, 상기 스위치(S1 내지 S4) 및 제어 신호(St)의 함수로서 상기 프리-런닝 회로, 또는 상기 단부 스테이지(E) 또는상기 부하(Sol)에 제공되는 상기 전압 (VdVsol)의 특정의 , 상기 단부 스테이지 (E) 또는 상기 부하 (sol)를통해 흐르는 상기 전류(Id, Isol)의 특정의 값, 특정의 시간 주기(toff)를 지정하는 소정의 타이밍 제어 회로(T)의 전환을 작동시키는 제어 회로(MC)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
