Claims (3)
- 분말약품 투입기(1)로 분말약품을 희석탱크(3)에 투입하고 교반기(4)가 설치된 희석탱크(3)에는 정량의 희속수를 주입하여 농도가 균일해지게 희석하며 희석탱크(3)내의 약액을 정량펌프(5)로 송수관(6)에 투여하고 또한 PLC 제어반(11)에 의하여 분말약품 투입기(1)와 교반기(4), 저수의 센서(12), 희석수용 공급밸브(13), 모니터시스템(14)이 통제되게 한 것에 있어서 분말약품투입기(1)를 계량저울(2)위에 설치하고 희석탱크(3)와 정량펌프⑸와의 사이에 교반기(15)와 수위 지시계(16)을 장착한 보조탱크를 설치하며 보조탱크(7)의 유입구는 희석탱그(3)의 출구에 그리고 유출구는 정량펌프(6)의 흡입구측에 각각 도관으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 상수도에서의 불소용액 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정량펌프(5)는 용존불소 및 유량비례 제어용 콘트롤러(8)에 의해 통제 되도록 케이블로 연결하고 송수관(6)과 콘트롤러(8)와의 사이에는 채수펌프(10)가 부속된 용존불소측정기(9)를 설치하여 채수펌프(l0)의 흡입구는 송수관(6)상의 적소에 관으로 연결하고 용존불소측정기(9)는 케이블로 상기 용존불소 및 유량비례 제어용 콘트롤러(8)에 연결하며 상기 보조탱크(7)의 교반기(15)와 수위지시계(16) 및 용존불소 및 유량비례제어용 콘트롤러(8)는 상기 PLC제어반(11)에 제각기 케이블로 연결하고 또한 송수관(6)상에는 초음파 유량감지기(17)를 부착하여 초음파 유량계(18)에 케이블로 연결하고 초음파 유량계(18)는 상기 용존불소 및 우량비례제어용 콘트롤러(8)에 케이블로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 불소용액 투여장치.
- 희석 탱그에서 적정용도의 불소용액을 만들고 이 불소용액을 보조탱크에 보내 항시 보조탱크내에는 일정농도의 불소용액이 저장되어 대기 상태에 있으며 송수관 내의 통과 유량을 측정하고 동시에 그 송수관 내에 흐르는 상수의 용존불소 농도를 측정하여 양 측정치를 비례복합제어용 콘트롤러로 정량펌프가 투입해야할 불소용액의 양을 분석하고 그 분석량 만큼 정량펌프가 가동되어 보조탱크에 저장시킨 불소용액을 원수에 투입하여 허용치범위로 불소농도를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상수의 용존불소농도 보정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
