Abstract

본 발명은 스피커 유니트와 캐비넷 전면 배플사이의 상호 간섭을 배제하여 비진동계의 진동에 의한 이상음을 억제하도록 안출된 스피커 시스템에 관한 것으로, 스피커 유니트(A)를 캐비넷(B)에 내부에 설치함에 있어서, 스피커 유니트(A)의 구성요소인 보텀플레이트(20)의 중앙에 후방으로 개구되는 나사공(21a)을 형성하고, 캐비넷(B)의 후판(33) 외부로부터 내부로 관통하도록 고정봉(34)과 나상봉(21a)을 나사체결하는 한편, 보텀프레이트(20) 후방과 후판(33)의 내면 사이에 지지구(35)를 개재시켜 고정봉(34)이 스피커 유니트(A)를 잡아당김과 동시에 지지구(35)에 의해 스피커 유니트(A)가 받쳐지도록 하고, 캐비넷(B)의 전면배플관(31)과 스피커 유니트(A)의 프레임(24) 선단 외주연과의 사이에 쿠션부재(33)를 개재시켜서 된 특징이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 스피커 유니트(A)를 캐비넷(B)의 내부를 설치함에 있어서, 스피커 유니트(A)의 구성요소인 보텀플레이트(20)의 중앙에 후방으로 개구되는 나사공(21a)을 형성하고, 캐비넷(B)의 후판(33) 외부로부터 내부로 관통하도록 고정붕(34)과 나사봉(21a)을 나사체결하는 한편, 보텀플레이트(20) 후방과 후판(33)의 내면 가이에 지기구(35)를 개재시켜서 공정봉(34)이 스피커 유니트(A)를 잡아당김과 동시에 지기구(35)에 의해 스피커 유니트(A)가 받쳐지도록 하고, 캐비넷(B)의 전면배플판(31)과 스피커 유니트(A)의 프레임(24) 선단 외주연과의 사이에 쿠션부재(32)를 개재시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 스피커 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지구(35)는 그 선단에 보텀플레이트(20)가 안정적으로 밀착되는 좌판(36)을 형성하고, 이 좌판(36)으로부터 수개의 다리(37)가 후방으로 절곡되도록 구성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 스피커 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지기구(35)는 열전도성이 양호한 물성을 지닌 재질로 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 스피커 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정봉(34) 선단에 나사부(34a)가 형성되고, 후단에 공구홈(34c)이 형성된 머리부(34b)가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 스피커 시스템.
