Abstract

본 발명은 VCR의 오디오/콘트롤헤드 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 오디오/콘트롤헤드가 고정되는 헤드장착면과 위치조정면이 서로 다른 높이에서 반대방향으로 절곡형성된 단일의 지지플레이트가 구비되고, 상기 위치조정면의 중심으로부터 아래쪽으로는 스프링걸림편이 일체로 돌설되어 메인베이스에 끼워져, 그 메인베이스의 하방에서 항상 위쪽으로 탄성작용되는 스프링이 걸려지고, 상기 스프링걸림편의 형성위치를 중심으로 하여 일측에는 상기 오디오/콘트롤 헤드의 방위각 조정을 위한 방위각조정스크류가 끼워져 상기 메인베이스에 체결되는 한편, 그 반대쪽에 해당되는 위치조정면상에는 상기 오디오/콘트롤헤드의 틸트를 조정하기 위한 틸트조정스크류 및 높이조정스크류가 끼워져 상기 메인 베이스상에 결합되고, 상기 위치조정면의 일측단에는 오디오/콘트롤헤드의 X축 방향의 위치조정을 위한 조정편이 일체로 형성되며, 상기 조정편의 형성위치에 해당되는 메인베이스상에는 편심조정부재가 설치되도록 하므로써 보다 간단한 조럽구조를 가지며, 높이(Height), 틸트(Tilt), 방위각(Asimuth)조정 및 X축방향의 위치(X-Position)조정이 보다 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 조립성과 생산성 및 그 조정작업성이 현저히 향상될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 오디오/콘트롤헤드(62)가 고정되는 헤드장착면(64)과 위치조정면(66)이 서로 다른 높이에서 반대방향으로 절곡형성된 단일의 지지플레이트(68)가 구비되고, 상기 위치조정면(66)의 중심으로부터 아래쪽으로는 스프링걸림편(70)이 일체로 돌설된 상태에서 메인베이스(72)에 끼워져, 그 메인베이스(72)의 하방에서 항상 윗쪽으로 탄성작용하는 스프링(74)이 걸려지고, 상기 스프링걸림편(70)의 형성위치를 중심으로 하여 일측에는 상기 오디오/콘트롤헤드(62)의 방위각 조정을 위한 방위각조정스크류(76)가 끼워져 상기 메인베이스(72)에 체결되는 한편, 그 반대쪽에 해당되는 위치조정면(66)상에는 상기 오디오/콘트롤헤드(62)의 틸트조정을 위한 틸트조정스크류(78) 및 높이조정스크류(80)가 끼워져 상기 메인베이스(72)상에 결합되고, 상기 위치조정면(66)의 일측단에는 오디오/콘트롤헤드(62)의 X축방향의 위치조정을 위한 조정편(82)이 일체로 형성되며, 상기 조정편(82)의 형성위치에 해당되는 메인베이스(72)상에는 편심조정부재(84)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 VCR의 오디오/콘트롤헤드 장착구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 높이조정스크류(80)는 상면에 공구끼움홈(80a)이 형성된 원추형의 머리부(80b)와; 상기 머리부(80b)의 저면중심으로부터 돌설되는 소정길이의 숫나사부(80c)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 VCR의 오디오/콘트롤헤드 장착구조.
