Claims (3)
- (i) 장수버섯(Fomitella fraxinea RDAGB-129)을 세절하여 물을 가하고 95 내지 100℃에서 열탕추출하는 공정 ; (ii) 전기에서 수득한 추출액을 원심분리 및 여과하여 얻은 여액에 에탄올을 부피비로 약 2배 가하여 침전시키는 공정 ; 및, (iii) 전기에서 수득한 침전물을 아세톤으로 현탁세척하고 여과 및 동결건조하여, 글루코스 : 갈락토스 : 만노스 : 크실로스 : 푸코스 : 리보스의 중량비가 100 : 50 : 54 : 7 : 14 : 13의 조다당체를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 장수버섯 다당체 추출물의 제조방법.
- 장수버섯(Fomitella fraxinea RDAGB-129)을 95 내지 100℃에서 열수추출하고, 원시분리 및 여과하여 얻은 여액에 에탄올을 부피비로 약 2배 가하여 침전시킨 다음, 그 침전물을 아세톤으로 현탁세척하고 여과 및 동결건조하는 방법에 의해 제조된, 글루코스 : 갈락토스 : 만노스 : 크실로스 : 푸코스 : 리보스의 중량비가 100 : 50 : 54 : 7 : 14 : 13인 다당체 추출물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글루코스 : 갈락토스 : 만노스 : 크실로스 : 푸코스 : 리보스의 중량비가 100 : 50 : 54 : 7 : 14 : 13인 조다당체 추출물을 음이온 교환수지 칼럼크로마토그래피하여, 전기 단당류의 중량비가 100 : 152 : 166 : 17 : 84 : 25인 중성 다당체와 전기 단당류의 중량비가 100 : 32 : 45 : 3 : 5 : 26 및 100 : 11 : 36 : 5 : 4 : 17인 2종의 산성 다당체를 얻는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수버섯 다당체 추출물의 제조방법.
