Abstract

자동차용 엔지 마운터(50)의 고우 부시(53)는 공간부(54)가 형성된 롤축방향(T)의 진동을 효과적으로 흡수하지만 이와 직교 방향(Q)의 진동 및 비틀림은 효과적으로 차단하지 못하게 됨으로써 바디에 전달되는 엔지(E)의 진동 저감 효과가 감소됨을 개선하기 위하여, 상기한 고무 부시(53)에 끼움 결합됨과 아울러 고무 부시(53)와의 사이에 형성되는 여러 방향의 공간과 고무의 수축으로 진동을 흡수하도록 구성된 흡수 수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 자동차의 승차감을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 외측 파이프(51)와, 상기한 외측 파이프(51)의 내측 파이프(52)의 사이에 개재된 고무 부시(53)를 포함하는 자동차용 엔지 마운터 구조에 있어서, 상기한 고무 부시(53)에 끼움 결합됨과 아울러 고무 부시(53)와의 사이에 형성되는 여러 방향의 공간과 고무의 수축으로 진동을 흡수하도록 구성된 흡수 수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 엔지 마운터 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 흡수 수단은 고무 부시(53)의 내면에 십자형으로 형성됨과 아울러 다수의 돌출부(1)가 내접원을 형성하도록 구성된 수축공(2)과, 상기한 수축공(2)에 끼움 결합되도록 형성됨과 아울러 고무부시(53)와 동일 또는 상이한 재질의 고무(3)로 외부가 도포된 볼트(4)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 엔지 마운터 구조.
