Claims (8)
- 내부치차, 그 후방측부상에 일체 형성된 플랜지부를 갖고 내부치차의 플랜지 내원주에 부착된 베어링에서 지지되는 출력 샤프트 회전축, 그 후방측부 내원주상의 출력 샤프트 회전축의 소켓부에 부착된 베어링에서 지지도는 회전축, 플랜지부의 후방측부상의 원주에 원주방향으로 이격된 복수 지지핀의 링, 복수의 유성치차가 호전축의 전방 단부상에 형성된 태양치차와 내부치차와 결합되는 방식으로 복수의 지지핀에 대해 회전 가능하게 지지된 복수의 유성치차 및, 복수의 유성치차를 외부로부터 분리시키도록 복수의 결합부를 복수의 지지핀에 결합시키기 위해, 원주에서 원주방향으로 이격된 복수의 결합부의 링을 그 전방측부상에 갖고 있는 원형 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 지지핀은 단부가 개방된 원통형으로 되어 있고, 플레이트의 각 결합부는 지지핀의 내경보다 약간 큰 직경을 가진 돌출부이므로, 플레이트는 돌출부를 지지핀 안으로 압력 끼워맞춤으로 삽입함으로써 지지핀에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플레이트와 각 결합부는 지지핀의 직경보다 약간 작은 내경을 가진 소켓부이므로, 플레이트는 지지핀을 소켓부안으로 압력 끼워 맞춤으로 삽입시킴으로써 지지핀에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소켓부는 관통구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 내부치차, 원주에서 원주방향으로 이격된 복수의 관통구멍의 링을 가진 일체 형성된 플랜지부를 그 후방측부상에 갖고 있으며, 내부치차의 플랜지의 내원주에 부착된 베어링에 지지되는 출력 샤프트 회전축, 그 후방측부 내원주상의 출력 샤프트 회전축의 소켓부에 부착된 베어링에 지지된 회전축, 원주에서 원주방향으로 이격된 복수의 지지핀의 링을 그 전방측부상에 일체로 갖고 있고, 복수의 지지핀을 복수의 관통구멍안으로 압력 끼워 맞춤으로 삽입시킴으로써 플랜지부에 부착된 원형 플레이트 및, 복수의 유성치차가 회전축의 전방단부상에 형성된 태양치차 및 내부차차와 결합되는 방식으로, 복수의 지지핀에 대해 회전 가능하게 지지된 복수의 유성치차를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 내부치차, 그 후방측부상에 일체 형성된 플랜지부를 갖고 내부치차의 플랜지 내원주에 부착된 베어링에서 지지되는 출력 샤프트 회전축, 그 후방측부 내원주상의 출력 샤프트 회전축의 소켓부에 부착된 베어링에 지지된 회전축, 플랜지부의 후방측부상의 원주에 원주방향으로 이격된 복수의 지지핀의 링, 복수의 유성치차가 회전축의 전방 단부상에 형성된 태양치차와 내부치차와 결합되는 방식으로 복수의 지지핀에 대해 회전 가능하게 지지된 복수의 유성치차 및, 그 외원주로부터 방사 내향으로 연장하는 복수의 태브를 갖는 원형 플레이트를 포함하며, 상기 원형 플레이트가 그 전방 측부상에서 복수의 지지핀에 인접하고, 복수의 태브를 플랜지부의 외원주에 탄성 록킹 결합으로 위치시키도록 2개의 이웃하는 유성치차 사이를 통해 복수의 태브 각각을 통과시킴으로써, 복수의 유성치차가 외부로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 복수의 지지핀에 결합된 결합부를 그 전방 축부상에 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 플렌지부에는 태브의 원주방향 운동을 제한하기 위한 록킹부가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성치차 감속기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
