Claims (8)
- 차량의 주행중에 노면상태를 식별하는 방법에 있어서, 차체의 상하방향의 변동의 연속적으로 측정하여 변동 데이터를 출력하는 제1단계와; 상기 변동 데이터로부터 변동값의 주파수 스펙트럼을 작성하는 제2단계와; 상기 주파수 스펙트럼의 특정 주파수 영역의 특징값을 산출하는 제1프로세스와, 상기 특징값에 의거해서 상기 주파수 스펙트럼과 물결형상 도로, 평탄로, 파형상 노면 및 나쁜 도로 각각의 노면에서 특유의 스펙트럼 데이터중에 적어도 하나를 비교하여 비교 결과를 생성하는 제2프로세스와, 이 비교 결과에 의거하여 노면상태를 특정하는 제3프로세스를 구비하는 제3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면상태 식별방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나쁜 도로에서 특유의 스펙트럼 데이터로서 나쁜 도로 부분이 연속적으로 나타나는 바와 같은 노면으로서 제1나쁜 도로를 위한 스펙트럼 데이터와, 나쁜 도로 부분이 단속적으로 나타나는 바와 같은 노면으로서 제2나쁜 도로를 위한 스펙트럼 데이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면상태 식별 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계는 상기 차체의 변동으로서 차체와 차륜과의 상대 변위를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면상태 식별 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계는 상기 차체의 변동으로서 차체의 상하방향의 가속도를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면상태 식별 방법.
- 차량의 써스펜션을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서, 차량의 상하방향의 변동을 연속적으로 측정하여 변동 데이터를 출력하는 제1수단과; 상기 변동 데이터로부터 변동값의 주파수 스펙트럼을 작성하는 제2수단과; 상기 주파수 스펙트럼의 특정 주파수 영역의 특징값을 산출하는 산출부와, 이 특징값에 의거하여 상기 주파수 스펙트럼과 물결형상 도로와 평탄로와 파형상 도로 및 나쁜 도로 각각의 노면에서 특유의 스펙트럼 데이터중 적어도 하나를 비교하여 비교 결과를 작성하는 비교부와, 이 비교 결과에 의거하여 노면상태를 특정하는 특정부를 구비한 제3수단과; 상기 특정된 노면상태에 따라서 상기 써스펜션의 감쇠력을 제어하는 제4수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 써스펜션 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비교부는 상기 나쁜 도로에서 특유의 스펙트럼 데이터로서 나쁜 도로 부분이 연속적으로 나타나는 바와 같은 노면으로서 제1나쁜 도로를 위한 스펙트럼 데이터와, 나쁜 도로 부분이 단속적으로 나타나는 바와 같은 제2나쁜 도로를 위한 스펙트럼 데이터를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 써스펜션 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제4수단은 상기 써스펜션의 감쇠력을 최소한 2단계로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 써스펜션 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비교부는 물결향상 도로, 평탄로, 파형상 도로 및 나쁜 도로 각각의 노면에서 특유의 스펙트럼 데이터에 대한 상기 특징값의 적합도를 추론하고, 추론된 적합도를 비교 결과로서 출력하며, 상기 특정부는 추론된 적합도에 의거하여 노면상태를 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 써스펜션 제어 장치.
