Abstract

본 발명은 기존의 디리모넨 오일을 이용한 세정제가 디리모넨 오일의 함량이 높고, O/W형 에멀젼으로서 물에 의한 수세과정을 필요로 하며, 오염물질에 대한 선택적 세정력이 좋지 않다는 단점을 보완한 것이다.
본 발명은 디리모넨 오일을 O/W형의 마이크로 에멀젼 형태로 제조하므로 세정제내의 디리모넨 오일함량을 크게 낮추었으며, 굴수성화합물을 사용하여 오염물의 선택적 용해도를 크게 높이므로 CFC113이나 클롤로포름과 동일한 세정력을 지닌 콜로이드세정제이다.
특히 염화 리튬과 같은 전해질을 소량 사용하므로 에멀젼의 입자 크기를 최소화하므로 효과적인 세정력을 가질 수 있도록 세정제 조성물을 제조하였다.

Claims (4)

  1. 굴수성 화합물 또는 이들 굴수성 화합물 중에서 선택된 복합 굴수성 화합물을 10 내지 15중량%와 디리모넨 오일 15 내지 30중량%와 음이온, 양이온, 쯔비터, 양성 및 비극성 계면 활성제 중에서 선택한 유화제 5 내지 10중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 세정제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 굴수성 화합물이 소디움-3 하이드로 옥시-2 나프토네이트, 프로케인 염화물, 벤젠산 알카리 금속염, p-톨루엔 술폰산염, 사이멘 설퍼 네이트, 피로갈올, 크실렌 설퍼네이트 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
  3. 제1항에서 유화제가 옥시 에틸렌 트리데실 에텔, 옥시 에틸렌 라우릴 에텔중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 세정제.
  4. 제1항에서 전해질염 염화리튬 0.02 내지 0.05중량%을 함유하고 있는 수용액을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 세정제.
