Claims (7)
- 기능도가 2-4이고 평균 당량이 750-5000인 폴리올 및 폴리아민으로부터 선택한 하나이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 및 물을, 이소시아네이트 인덱스 10-60, 이소시아네이트 반응성-화합물 대 물의 중량비가 20미만이 되게하여 MDI(methylene diphenyl isocyanate)와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 ; MDI와 이소시아네이트 반응성-화합물을 주성분으로하여 실질적으로 할로카본이 없는 연성 폴리우레탄 폼을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물이 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리에테르 폴리아민으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 대 물의 중량비가 3에서부터 20미만까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리올 및 폴리아민으로부터 선택된 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 및 MDI를 주성분으로 하고, 밀도가 15-45kg/㎥인, 실질적으로 물로 발포된 연성 폴리우레탄 폼
- 제4항에 있어서, 단일 공정으로 얻어지는 연성 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, ISO 2439에 기재된 방법에 따라 측정될 경우에, 압입 경도 인덱스가 30-120뉴톤인 연성 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 연성 폴리우레탄 폼.
