Description
Claims (20)
- 하기로 구성되는, 귀금속이 다공성 지지체 상에 함유되어 있는 촉매를 제조하는 방법; 상기 지지체를 상기 귀금속의 수용성 화합물로 함침시키고; 상기 수용성 화합물과 반응성인 화합물을 함유한 고정용액 내에 상기 함침 지지체를 침지시켜 상기 지지체 상에 수 불용성 귀금속 화합물을 침전시킴으로써 상기 수용성 귀금속 화합물을 수불용성 귀금속 화합물로 전환시키고; 그리고 상기 함침 지지체가 상기 고정 용액내에 침지되는 동안에, 상기 함침 지지체를 최소한 0.5시간 동안 상기 용액내에서 텀블링시키고, 상기 수불용성 화합물의 침전을 완료하고, 상기 지지체를 세척하며, 상기 수불용성 귀금속 화합물을 환원기체로 환원시켜 상기 지지체 상에 유리 귀금속을 형성한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속이 팔라듐 및 금의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금이 팔라듐의 양이 10-70중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 최소한 약 1시간 동안 상기 고정 용액 내에서 텀블링되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 화합물이 알칼리성 화합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 화합물이 수산화칼륨 또는 수산화나트륨인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 귀금속 화합물 모두를 상기 귀금속 수불용성 화합물로 전환시키기 위해 요구되는 양에 비해 몰 초과량으로 상기 알칼리성 화합물이 존재하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 귀금속 화합물은 염이고 상기 알칼리성 화합물의 알칼리 금속 대 상기 염으로부터 음이온의 몰비가 약 1.2 : 1-1.6 : 1 정도의 양으로 상기 알칼리성 화합물이 존재하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 화합물을 함유한 상기 고정 용액이 상기 지지체의 부피의 최소한 50%를 침지시키는 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고정용액이 상기 지지체의 부피의 최소한 75%를 침지시키는 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 용액의 부피가 함침 지지체의 부피의 약 50-500%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원된 촉매를 알칼리금속 아세테이트 수용액으로 함침시키고 상기 촉매를 건조시키는 것이 포함되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 함침 지지체가, 약 1-10rpm으로 회전하는 장치내에서 회전됨으로써 상기 고정 용액 내에서 텀블링되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리된 지지체를 탄화수소 기체와 접촉시킴으로써 상기 수불용성 귀금속 화합물이 유리 귀금속으로 환원되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 기체가 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 지지체가 실리카인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 지지체가 실리카인 방법.
- 하기로 구성되는, 팔라듐 및 금의 혼합물이 다공성 지지체 상에 함유되어 있는 촉매를 제조하는 방법; 상기 지지체를 상기 팔라듐 및 금의 수용성 염으로 함침시키고; 상기 함침 지지체를 수산화나트륨 또는 칼륨 수용액내에 전환시켜 상기 지지체 상에 상기 수산화물을 침전시킴으로써 상기 염을 불용성 필라듐 및 금 수산화물로 전환시키고; 그리고 상기 함침 지지체가 상기 수산화나트륨 또는 칼륨 수용액내에 침지되는 동안에, 상기 수용액내에서 최소한 0.5시간 동안 상기 지지체를 텀블링시키고, 상기 수산화물의 침전을 완료하고, 상기 지지체를 세척하여 상기 염으로부터 유리 음이온을 제거하고, 상기 수산화물을 환원 기체로 환원시켜 상기 지지체 상에 유리 팔라듐 및 금을 형성한다.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨 수용액의 부피가 함침 지지체의 부피가 약 50-500%인 방법.
- 하기로 구성되는, 팔라듐 및 금의 혼합물이 다공성 지지체 상에 함유되어 있는 촉매를 제조하는 방법; 상기 지지체를 상기 팔라듐 및 금의 수용성 클로라이드 염으로 함침시키고; 상기 함침 지지체를 상기 염과 반응성인 알칼리성 화화물을 함유한 용액내에 침지시켜 상기 필라듐 및 금의 상기 수불용성 화합물을 상기 지지체 상에 침전시킴으로써 상기 염을 수불용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물로 전환시키고; 그리고 상기 함침 지지체가 상기 반응성 용액내에 침지되는 동안에, 상기 지지체를 상기 용액내에 최소한 0.5시간 동안 텀블링시키데, 이때 상기 반응성 용액의 부피는 상기 지지체의 부피의 약 50-500%이고 알칼리성 화합물은 상기 알칼리성 화합물의 알칼리 금속 대 상기 염의 클로라이드 음이온의 몰비가 약 1.2 : 1-1.6 : 1에 해당하는 정도의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 수불용성 화합물의 침전을 완료하고, 상기 지지체를 세척하여 유리된 클로라이드 이온을 제거하며, 상기 수불용성 화합물을 환원기체로 환원시켜 상기 지지체 상에 유리 팔라듐 및 금을 형성한다.
