Description
Claims (10)
- 금속질산염 또는 그 용액과 요소 또는 카보하이드라지드를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고; 상기한 혼합물을 착화하지 않는 범위 내에서 가열하는; 공정을 포함하는 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 가열은 이차 전기전도도 상승점의 온도 이상으로 가열하는 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속은 Ag, Al, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, K, Li, MG, Mn, Na, Nb, Ni, Pb, Si, Sn, Sr, Th, Ti, U, Zn, Zr 및 희토류 금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 금속인 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속에 대한 요소 또는 카보하이드라지드의 몰비는 1 이상인 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 혼합물은 금속염화물을 더욱 포함하는 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
- 금속염 또는 그 용액과 요소 또는 카보하이드라지드를 혼합하고,; 상기한 혼합물을 착화하지 않는 범위내에서 가열하여 복합산화물 전구체를 제조하고; 상기한 복합산화물 전구체를 가열하는; 공정을 포함하는 결정질 복합산화물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 복합산화물 전구체의 가열은 300℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하는 결정질 복합산화물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 방법에 의하여 생산된 복합산화물 전구체.
- 제6항의 방법에 의하여 생산된 복합산화물.
- 금속염 또는 그 용액과 요소 또는 카보하이드라지드를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고; 상기한 혼합물을 착화하지 않는 범위 내에서 가열하는, 공정을 포함하는 복합산화물 전구체의 제조방법.
