Abstract

본 발명은 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 복합재 압력용기의 사용되는 인슈레이션을 제조함에 있어 금형(4)상에 인슈레이션(1)의 외면을 형성하기 위한 탄소섬유 패브릭/수지 프리프레그(2)를 적층하는 단계와, 상기 프리프레그(2) 상에 인슈레이션(1)의 설계두께 만큼 미가황 인슈레이션 고무(3)를 적층하는 단계와, 상기와 같이 적층된 프리프레그(2)와 미가황 인슈레이션 고무(3)가 일체가 되도록 가황하면서 오토크레이브 성형하는 단계로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 압력용기와 인슈레이션 사이의 접착력이 좋아져 소재의 가격이 저렴한 습식와인딩공법을 사용하더라도 압력용기와 인슈레이션 사이의 접착이 양호하게 이루어지는 잇점이 있다.

Description

복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 인슈레이션을 제조하기 위해 미가황 인슈레이션 고무와 탄소섬유 패브릭/수지 에??시 프리프레그를 동시에 오토크레이브 성형하는 단면도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 인슈레이션 제조방법으로 제조된 인슈레이션을 구비한 복합재 압력용기를 제조하는 과정을 보인 도면으로, (가)는 인슈레이션의 내측에 모래형을 형성하는 과정을 보인 단면도, (나)는 (가)에서 제조된 모래형이 조립된 상태를 보인 단면도. (다)는 (나)의 모래형에 습식와이딩을 하여 탄소섬유와 에폭시수지가 적층되어 압력용기가 형성된 상태를 보인 단면도, (라)는 (다)상태의 압력용기를 오븐에서 경화한 후 모래형을 제거한 상태를 보인 단면도, (마)는 압력용기의 내측의 직선부에 인슈레이션 고무를 적층성형 하여 만들어진 완성품을 보인 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 복합재 압력용기의 사용되는 인슈레이션을 제조함에 있어 금형상에 인슈레이션의 외면을 형성하기 위한 탄소섬유 패브릭/수지 프리프레그를 적층하는 단계와, 상기 프리프레그 상에 인슈레이션의 설계두께 만큼 미가황 인슈레이션 고무를 적층하는 단계와, 상기과 같이 적층된 프리프레그와 미가황 인슈레이션 고무가 일체가 되도록 가황하면서 오토크레이브 성형하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소섬유 패트릭/수지 프리프레그는 탄소섬유의 직조된 형태가 패브릭이며, 미경화 에폭시 수지가 함침된 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션의 제조방법.
  3. 내면은 인슈레이션고무로 형성되고, 압력용기의 내면과 접착되는 외면은 탄소섬유를 함유한 경화된 에폭시로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션.
