Claims (3)
- 복합재 압력용기의 사용되는 인슈레이션을 제조함에 있어 금형상에 인슈레이션의 외면을 형성하기 위한 탄소섬유 패브릭/수지 프리프레그를 적층하는 단계와, 상기 프리프레그 상에 인슈레이션의 설계두께 만큼 미가황 인슈레이션 고무를 적층하는 단계와, 상기과 같이 적층된 프리프레그와 미가황 인슈레이션 고무가 일체가 되도록 가황하면서 오토크레이브 성형하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소섬유 패트릭/수지 프리프레그는 탄소섬유의 직조된 형태가 패브릭이며, 미경화 에폭시 수지가 함침된 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션의 제조방법.
- 내면은 인슈레이션고무로 형성되고, 압력용기의 내면과 접착되는 외면은 탄소섬유를 함유한 경화된 에폭시로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재 압력용기와의 접착력이 증진된 인슈레이션.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
