Abstract
본 발명은 스위칭소자를 이용하여 고정자권선의 접속배선을 절환시켜줌으로써 고정자의 극수를 변환시켜 사용할 수 있도록 한 극수변환형 유도전동기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 극수변환형 단상유도전동기는 2세트의 권선(10A, 10B)으로 이루어지고 2극운전시에 사용되는 2극주권선(10)과 4세트의 권선으로 이루어지고 4극운전시에 사용되는 4극주권선(30)을 구비하여 극변환운전이 가능하도록 된 단상유도전동기에 있어서, 상기 2극주권선(10) 및 4극주권선(30)과 상호 소정의 각도를형성하도록 배치된 4세트의 권선(20A-20D)을 가지는 4극보조권선(20)을 구비하여, 2극운전시에는 상기 4세트의 보조권선(20A-20D)중 쇄교되지 않는 2세트의 보조권선(20A, 20B)을 사용하고, 4극운전시에는 상기 4세트의 보조권선(20A, 20D)을 모두 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a pole conversion type induction motor that can be used to convert the number of poles of the stator by switching the connection wiring of the stator winding using a switching element.
