Abstract

본 발명은 커넥팅 블록(10)에 삽입되도록 설계된 전압 및 전류 보호 장치(21)에 관한 것이다. 상기 보호장치의 전류 및 전압 보호 소자는 양쪽 주 면상에 전도성 패턴(60,61,64 내지 70,71,72)을 갖는 프린트 회로보드(26)상에 장착되며, 따라서 상기 소자들은 양면상에 장착될 수 있고 상기 보호 장치(22)는 소자가 장착되는 면에 의존하는 커넥팅 블록의 상부 및 하부면 안으로 삽입될 수 있다.

제2도는 제1도의 커넥팅 블록의 일부에 대한 단면도, 제3도는 상부면 안으로 삽입된 보호 장치를 포함하는 커넥팅 블록의 동일한 부위에 대한 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 보호 장치의 단면도, 제5도 및 제6도는 제4도의 보호 장치의 일부인 프린트 회로보드의 반대면에 대한 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 하우징(52)과; 상기 하우징에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 포위되며 2개의 주 면과 하우징 외부로 연장하는 부위(40)를 구비하는 프린트 회로 보드(26) 및; 전압 보호 소자 및 프린트 회로 보드의 한 면에 장착된 전류 보호 소자(45,46)를 포함하는 커넥팅 블록(10)안으로의 삽입을 위해 적응된 보호 장치(21)에 있어서, 상기 프린트 회로 소자는 전압 보호 소자 및 전류 보호 소자를 장착하기 위한 다수의 전도성 관통 구멍(64 내지 70)을 포함하며, 전도성 통로(60,61,71,72)는 보드의 양 면상의 선정된 관통 구멍에 결속되며 전압 보호 소자 및 전류 보호 소자가 장착되는 주 면과는 관계없이 전류를 먼저 전압 보호 소자로 운반하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 면상의 전도성 통로는 프린트 회로 보드의 2엣지상에 형성되며, 상기 관통 구멍은 양 면상의 2개의 통로 사이의 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 보호 소자를 형성하기 위한 관통 구멍(64,66)은 오직 보드의 한 면상의 전도성 통로(60,61)에 전기적으로 결속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 장치.
