Description
Claims (16)
- 촉매 조성물이 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 지지된 수소화용 활성 성분을 하나 이상 함유하고, (1) 기공들의 총 부피가 0.4 내지 1.0ml/g이고; (2) 기공 직경이 5 내지 400Å인 기공들의 평균 기공 직경이 60 내지 140Å이고; (3) 기공 직경이 5 내지 400Å인 기공들의 평균 기공 직경의 ±25% 이내의 기공 크기를 갖는 기공들의 부피가 기공 직경이 5 내지 400Å인 기공들의 부피의 60 내지 98%이고; (4) 기공 직경이 400 내지 5000Å인 기공들의 부피가 전체 기공들의 총 부피의 2 내지 9%이고; (5) 성형된 촉매 입자의 부피에 대한 이의 외부 표면적의 비(㎟/㎣)가 4 내지 8이고; (6) 성형된 촉매 입자 속의 모든 활성지점들이 성형된 촉매 입자의 외부 표면으로부터 0.05 내지 0.6mm 이내에 위치함을 특징으로 하는, 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 총 부피가 0.4ml/g 내지 1.0ml/g인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 직경이 400Å 이하인 기공들의 평균 기공 직경이 70 내지 100Å인 중동산 토핑(topping)잔류오일의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 직경이 400Å 이하인 기공들의 평균 기공 직경이 90 내지 140Å인 중동산 진공 잔류 오일의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 직경이 400Å 이상인 기공들의 부피가 전체 기공들의 총 부피의 3 내지 9%인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형된 촉매 입자 속의 모든 활성지점들이 성형된 촉매 입자의 외부 표면으로부터 0.5mm이내에 위치하는 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화용 활성 성분이, 주기율표 VI족의 금속 또는 이들 금속의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는, 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 지지된 금속 성분인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화용 활성 성분이, 주기율표 VI족의 금속 또는 이들 금속의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분 및 주기율표 VIII족의 금속 또는 이들 금속의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 지지된 금속 성분인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 지지된 수소화용 활성 금속이 주기율표 VI족으로부터 선택된 금속이고 활성 금속의 양이 금속 산화물로서 3 내지 20 중량%인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 지지된 수소화용 활성 금속이 주기율표 VIII족으로부터 선택된 금속이고, 활성금속의 양이 금속 산화물로서 0 초과 내지 5중량%인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 주기율표 VI족으로 부터 선택된 금속이 크롬, 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제8항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 주기율표 VIII족으로부터 선택된 금속이 철, 코발트, 니켈 또는 백금인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중탄화수소유가 원유의 토핑 잔류오일 또는 진공 잔류물; 오일 셰일, 타르 샌드 또는 역청을 추출시킴으로써 수득되는 합성 오일; 원유를 직접 탈황시킴으로써 수득되는 탈황 중유; 원유를 용제 탈아스팔트시킴으로써 수득되는 탈아스팔트오일; 석탄의 액화로부터 수득되는 생성 오일이거나 이의 잔류 오일; 또는 이와 같은 오일들의 혼합물인 중탄화수소유의 수소화용 촉매 조성물.
- 중탄화수소유를 수소의 존재하에 80 내지 200kg/㎠의 압력하 330 내지 450℃의 온도에서, 0.1 내지 5hr-1의 시간당 액체 공간 속도 및 500 내지 2,800M3/ℓ의 수소/공급 원료의 공급속도로 제1항에 청구된 촉매 조성물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 중탄화수소유를 수소화시키는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 중탄화수소유가 원유의 토핑 잔류 오일 또는 진공 잔류물; 오일 셰일, 타르 샌드 또는 역청을 추출시킴으로써 수득되는 합성 오일; 원유를 직접 탈황시킴으로써 수득되는 탈황 중유; 원유를 용제 탈아스팔트시킴으로써 수득되는 탈아스팔트 오일; 석탄의 액화로부터 수득되는 생성 오일 또는 이의 잔류 오일; 또는 이와 같은 오일들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 청구된 촉매 조성물을 반응기의 처음 부분에 충전시키고 기공 직경이 약 70 내지 110Å이고 기공 부피가 약 0.4 내지 1.0ml/g인 다공성 알루미나 담체상에 VI족 금속 및/또는 VIII족 금속이 지지되어 있는 통상적인 탈황 촉매를 후속 부분에 충전시킨 반응기를 사용하여 수소화를 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 중탄화수소유를 수소화시키는 방법.
