Abstract
본 발명은 VCR의 오디오/콘트롤헤드 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 메인베이스의소정위치에 소정의 높이와 형태를 갖는 장착부가 일체로 형성되고, 오디오/ 콘트롤헤드가 고정설치되는 지지플레이트의 일측에는 단부에 기어부가 형성된 조정편이 일제로 형성되며, 상기 조정편이 형성된 쪽의 지지플레이트상면에는 한쌍의 원호형 안내장공이 일정한 간격을 두고 나란히 형성되고, 상기 조정편의 반대쪽에 해당되는 지지플레이트의 일측에 회전중심점이 형성되는 한편, 상기 지지플레이트상의 회전중심점과 안내장공에 대응되는 상기 장착부의 상면에는 스크류체결공이 형성되며, 상기 지지플레이트와 장착부를 체결하는 스크류에는 탄성력이 항상 윗쪽으로 작용하는 스프링이 끼워져 설치되도록 구성하므로써 보다 간단한 조립구조를 가지며, 높이(Height), 틸트(Tilt), 방위각(Azimuth)조정 및 X축방향의 위치(X-Position)조정이 보다 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 조립성 및 그 조정작업성이 현저히 향상될 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an audio / control head mounting structure of a VCR, in which a mounting portion having a predetermined height and shape is integrally formed at a predetermined position of a main base, and at one end of a support plate on which an audio / control head is fixed.
