Abstract

본 발명은 항체 또는 항체로 피복된 라텍스 물질을 사용하는 항원-매개된 침강 반응후 침강 반응물을 비탁 또는 혼탁 측정에 의해 광학 측정하여 균질 용액으로 단백질을 측정하는 분야에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. a) i) 제1반응에서 샘플의 분획, 바람직하게는 1/5 내지 1/100의 분획을 시약과 항온 처리하여 분석물-의존적 침강 반응을 측정하고, ii) 제2반응에서 나머지 샘플을 단계 i)의 반응 혼합물과 항온 처리하여 분석물-의존적 침강 반응을 측정하는 2단계로 가해지는 샘플을 하나 이상의 분석물-특이적 결합 파트너를 함유하고 입자에 결합될 수 있는 시약과 항온 처리하고, b) 분석물-의존적 침강 반응을 측정하며, c) 측정치를 분석하여 분석물 농도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하여, 분석물-특이적 결합 파트너를 사용하는 분석물-매개된 침강 반응에 의해 생물학적 물질의 샘플중에 존재하는 분석물을 측정하는 면역화학방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-특이적 결합 파트너가 항체인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 혼탁 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 비탁 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 역학 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 고정 시간의 역학 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 고정치의 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물-의존적 침강 반응의 측정이 종점 측정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응으로부터 측정된 시그날이 규정된 한계치 이하인 경우, 분석물 농도가 제2반응으로부터 측정된 시그날로부터 계산되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 최초 혼합물에서 제1반응으로부터 측정된 시그날이 규정된 한계치 이상인 경우, 분석물 농도가 샘플 함량이 감소된 새롭게 설정된 분석의 제2반응으로부터 측정된 시그날로부터 계산되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응으로부터 측정된 시그날이 한계치 이상인 경우, 분석물 농도가 제1반응으로부터 측정된 시그날로부터 계산되는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 샘플이 회석되지 않고 사용되는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 샘플이 예비회석되는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 실측치를 교정 플롯과 비교하여 분석하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 하나는 제1반응 조건하에서 기록되고 다른 하나는 제2반응 조건하에서 기록되는 2개의 교정 플롯을 비교하여 분석하는 방법.
