Abstract

고온가압조건하에 존재하는 아크릴로나트릴계 중합체 용융물중에서 독성이 있는 단량체를 제거하여 인체에 안전한 성형체를 제공할 수 있는 용융물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
중합체 용융물을 고온가압조건에 유지한 체로 해당 중합체 용융물을 수용하는 용기내의 기상부에 기상상매체를 도입하여 단량체를 치환제거하는 것으로 구성된다.

개선된 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 용융물의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 단량체 제거공정의 위치를 도시하는 도면이다, 제2도는 본 발명 방법의 개념을 도시하는 도면이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 1실시예를 도시하는 도면이다, 제4도는 본 발명의 1실시예를 도시하는 도면이다, 제5도는 제4도의 용기의 단면도이고, 기상에 접하는 용융물의 표면적을 크게 취할 수 있는 설비를 사용하였을 때의 액상표면을 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가소제로서 작용하는 물 및 아크릴로니트릴을 주로하는 단량체를 포함하고, 120℃ 이상의 온도로 동시에 자생압 이상의 가압하에 존재하는 AN단독, 또는 AN을 주성분으로 하고, 잔부가 적어도 1종의 다른 에틸렌계 불포화화합물로 이루어지는 AN계 중합체 용융물로부터, 해당 용융물을 수용하는 용기내의 온도와 압력을 상기 범위내로 유지한 체로 해당 용기내의 기상부에 포화수증기, 과열수증기 및 불활성 기체로부터 선택되는 기상상 매체를 도입하여, 해당 용융물중에서 단량체 및/또는 물을 치환제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AN계 중합체 용융물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융물을 수용하는 용기로서, 용융물의 액상용적에 대한 용융물이 기상에 접하는 면의 면적의 비(이하, α라고도 함)=SL÷VL이 10 이상인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AM계 중합체 용융물의 제조방법.
