Description
Claims (10)
- 금속 스트립을 저장 스풀로부터 연속적으로 인출하여 그 길이 방향의 연부를 절단하는 단계, 성형 롤러로 구성된 제1성형부에서 먼저 금속 스트립의 가장자리 부위만을 제조될 관의 곡률로 만곡시켜 점차 분리 슬릿이 있는 관으로 성형하는 단계, 분리 슬릿이 있는 관을 길이 방향으로 봉합 용접하는 단계, 및 용접된 관을 용접 장치의 후방의 관에 맞물려 작용하는 인장 장치에 의해 마감 처리 설비를 통과시켜 이송하는 단계를 포함하며, a) 금속 스트립의 폭을 15 내지 80mm로 하고, 금속 스트립의 벽두께를 0.2 내지 2.5mm로 하고, 벽두께에 대한 폭의 비율을 15 내지 50으로 하며, b) 금속 스트립을 용접 장치의 전방에서 제어하여 구동시키며, c) 용접 장치의 후방의 관을 용접 봉합부를 제외한 그 둘레면의 60% 이상에 걸쳐 냉각제에 접촉시킴으로써, 용접 장치의 구역에서 관을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 길이 방향으로 봉합 용접된 관을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트립을 스트립 연부의 절단 중에 제어 가능하게 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스트립을 제1성형부에서 제어 가능하게 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관을 용접한 후에 용접된 관을 인발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스트립 연부를 절단한 후에 스트립 연부를 경사지게 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 금속 스트립의 인출 장치, 스트립 연부 절단 장치, 금속 스트립을 관으로 성형하는 다수의 성형부로 구성된 성형 장치, 분리 슬릿이 있는 관을 용접하는 용접 장치, 및 용접된 관에 맞물려 작용하는 인장 장치로 이루어지며, 스트립 연부 절단 장치(4)는 2개의 롤러(15, 16)로 이루어진 롤러 전단기로 구성되고, 그 롤러 전단기의 롤러(16)는 제어 가능한 직류 모터에 의해 구동되며, 적어도 제1성형부는 다수의 롤러(24, 25, 26)로 이루어진 롤러 공구로 구성되고, 그 롤러 공구 중의 하나 이상의 롤러(24)는 제어 가능한 직류 모터에 의해 구동되며, 용접 장치(9)의 직후방에는 냉각제 용기(11, 32)가 배치되고, 냉각제 용기(11)를 통과하여 관이 안내될 수 있으며, 냉각제의 수위는 냉각제가 관의 둘레면의 60% 이상을 둘러싸도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉각제 용기(32)는 그 높이가 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉각제 용기(32)는 흡인 펌프용 접속부(37)가 배치된 덮개를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용접 장치(9)와 상기 인장 장치(13)와의 사이에 인발 링(12)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용접 장치(9)는 2개 이상의 전극(9a, 9b, 9c)을 구비한 WIG 용접 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
