Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 연료서지탱크(Surg Tank) 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 각 기퉁의 흡기 매니폴드에 연료를 분사하는 연료인젝터의 개폐시 연료를 주기적으로 공급하므로서 맥동에 따른 소음을 제거할 수 있는 자동차의 연료서지탱크 구조에 관한 것으로 자동차의 연료공급 라인에 개재되어 연료인젝터로 연료를 공급해주는 연료서지탱크를 구성함에 있어서, 양측에는 연료파이프(10)에 체결되는 연료관(22)을 형성하고, 중앙에는 연료의 공급량에 따라 변화하는 내부용기(24)와, 상기 연료관(22)을 통해 공급되는 연료의 공급량에 따라 체적변화하는 내부용기(24)를 일정한 간격을 유지한 상태의 외부용기(26)가 감싸주게 되는 연료서지탱크(20)를 구비함을 특징으로 하여 주로 자동차의 연료서지탱크에 적용 실시하는 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 일반적인 연료라인의 구성을 보인 분해사시도, 제2도는 종래의 서지탱크 구성을 확대한 횡단면도, 제3도의 (가)도와 (나)도는 연료의 유입되는 양에 따라 서지탱크가 변화하는 상태를 보인 확대 횡단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 연료공급라인에 개재되어 연료인젝터로 연료를 공급해주는 연료서지 탱크를 구성함에 있어서, 연료파이프상에 설치되어 연료의 공급량에 대응하는 가변체적을 갖는 내부용기와, 내부공간으로 상기 내부용기를 수용지지하되, 그 내부공간은 내부용기의 최대 팽창 상태를 수용하는 크기를 갖는 외부용기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 연료서지탱크 구조.
