Abstract

본 발명은 초경합금 및 주철로 구성된 롤에 관한 것이다. 롤은 열간 또는 냉간 압연용으로 사용될 수 있다. 주철은 Fe 외에 Si 1.9 - 2.8, Mg 0.02 - 0.10, Ni 0.5 - 4, Mn 0.1 - 1 및 Ceqv 2.5 - 6 중량 퍼센트의 조성으로 구성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 사실상 흑연 주철로 구성된 주조 합금으로 주조된 적어도 하나의 초경합금 링을 포함하는 양호하게는 열간 또는 냉간 압연용의 복합 롤에 있어서,
    주철은 Fe 외에 중량 퍼센트에서 Si 1.9 - 2.8, Mg 0.02 - 0.10, Ni 0.5 - 4, Mn 0.1 - 1 및 Ceqv 2.5 - 6인 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 롤.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주철은 Fe 외에 중량 퍼센트에서 Si 2.1 - 2.5, Mg 0.04 - 0.07, Ni 1 - 2, Mn 0.6 - 0.7 및 Ceqv 3.5 - 5인 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 롤.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 롤의 주철 부분의 중량이 1000㎏을 초과하는 경우에 주철은 2 중량 퍼센트 미만, 양호하게는 0.01 내지 1 중량 퍼센트의 구리를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤.
  4. 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주철은 40 체적 퍼센트 이상의 펄라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤.
