Claims (4)
- 사실상 흑연 주철로 구성된 주조 합금으로 주조된 적어도 하나의 초경합금 링을 포함하는 양호하게는 열간 또는 냉간 압연용의 복합 롤에 있어서,주철은 Fe 외에 중량 퍼센트에서 Si 1.9 - 2.8, Mg 0.02 - 0.10, Ni 0.5 - 4, Mn 0.1 - 1 및 Ceqv 2.5 - 6인 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주철은 Fe 외에 중량 퍼센트에서 Si 2.1 - 2.5, Mg 0.04 - 0.07, Ni 1 - 2, Mn 0.6 - 0.7 및 Ceqv 3.5 - 5인 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 롤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 롤의 주철 부분의 중량이 1000㎏을 초과하는 경우에 주철은 2 중량 퍼센트 미만, 양호하게는 0.01 내지 1 중량 퍼센트의 구리를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주철은 40 체적 퍼센트 이상의 펄라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤.
