Claims (11)
- 내화성 골재(refractory aggregate)와 열경화성 결합제를 주성분으로서 포함하고 건조 상태이면서 자유 유동성인 쉘 몰드용 재료로서, 열경화성 결합제가 분자 중에 2개 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 그룹을 50중량% 이상의 양으로 함유하는 고체 다관능성 아크릴아미드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 결합제가 분자 중에 1개의 에틸렌계 불포화 그룹을 함유하는 일관능성 아크릴아미드를 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 결합제가 아크릴아미드 이외의 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물, 에폭시 화합물, 멜라민 화합물, 우레아 화합물, 푸란 화합물 및 이의 반응 생성물을 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 다관능성 아크릴아미드가 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 쉘 몰드용 재료.상기식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬 그룹을 나타내고, n은 2 내지 6의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제를 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 개시제 또는 중합 개시제와 중합 촉진제와의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 억제제를 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포화 아미드 화합물 및 고체 알콜로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지를 추가로 포함하는 쉘 몰드용 젤.
- 제1항에 따르는 쉘 몰드용 재료를 원하는 형태의 금형에 충전시키고 가열하여 수득한 쉘 메인 주형 또는 코어를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 저융점 금속품의 주조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 쉘 몰드용 재료가 중합 개시제 또는 중합 개시제와 중합 촉진제와의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는, 저융점 금속품의 주조방법.
