Abstract

본 발명은 필터 시스템에 스냅록되는 단부캡을 구비한 합착형 필터 요소를 이용하는 필터 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한 실시예는 연장된 스냅록 아암을 포함한다. 다른 실시예는 축소된 아암을 포함한다. 또 다른 실시예는 스냅록 링을 포함한다. 상기 스냅록 아암과 스냅록 링은 필터 시스템의 흡입부의 함몰부와 결합하는 돌출부를 포함할 수도 있다. 선택적으로, 상기 스냅록 아암과 스냅록 링은 필터 시스템의 흡입부상의 돌출부와 결합하기 위한 함몰부를 포함할 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 필터 시스템은 단부캡 스냅록이 필터 시스템의 출구부와 결합될 수 있도록 배치될 수도 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서, 다공성의 내측 코어와, 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 피터 매체와, 제1단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 단부캡은 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 복수개의 스냅록 아암을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스냅록 아암의 각각은 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2단부캡을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제2단부캡을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 스냅록 아암은 4개인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  6. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서 다공성의 내측 코어와, 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와 제1단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 단부캡은 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 스냅록 링을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스냅록 링은 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  8. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서, 다공성의 외측 코어와, 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와, 제1단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 단부캡은 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 복수개의 스냅록 아암을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 스냅록 아암은 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제2단부캡을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 스냅록 아암은 4개인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  12. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서, 다공성의 외측 코어와, 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와, 제1단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 단부캡을 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 스냅록 링을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 스냅록 링은 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  14. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서, 다공성의 내측 코어와, 다공성의 외측 코어와, 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와, 제1단부캡과, 제2단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 제1단부캡은 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 복수개의 스냅록 아암을 가지며, 상기 각각의 스냅록 아암은 돌출부를 포함하며, 상기 복수개의 스냅록 아암은 4개인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  15. 필터 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터 요소에 있어서, 다공성의 내측 코어와, 다공성의 외측 코어와, 상기 내측코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와, 제1단부캡과, 제2단부캡을 포함하며, 상기 제1단부캡은 필터 요소를 필터 시스템에 부착하기 위한 스냅록 링을 가지며, 상기 스냅록 링은 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 요소.
  16. 다공성의 내측 코어와 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와 복수개의 스냅록 아암을 갖는 제1단부캡을 포함하는 필터매체와, 상기 제1단부캡 스냅록 아암과 연결되는 흡입부와, 출구부와, 상기 필터 요소를 수납하기 위한 필터 용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 흡입부는 함몰부를 부가로 포함하며, 상기 각각의 스냅록 아암은 상기 함몰부와 결합되는 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
  18. 다공성의 내측 코어와 상기 내측 코어의 외부에 위치된 필터 매체와 스냅록 링을 갖는 제1단부캡을 포함하는 필터 매체와, 상기 제1단부캡 스냅록 링과 연결되는 흡입부와 출구부와, 상기 필터 요소를 수납하기 위한 필터 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
