Claims (9)
- 서로 융착된 결정화 유리 덩어리로 구성되고, 표면 패턴을 갖는 주표면을 가지며, 상기 표면 패턴은 상기 주표면을 포함하는 표면층에서 상기 유리 덩어리에 의해 결정되는 결정화된 유리제품에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 결정화 유리 덩어리는 편상의 결정화 유리 조각들로 이루어지고, 상기 편상 조각들은 상기 거친 주표면을 만들기 위해 불규칙하게 서로 중첩되며, 상기 표면층에 인접, 융착된 다른 층의 결정화 유리 덩어리는 상기 편상 조각들보다 작음을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 결정화 유리는 주로 50-65중량%의 SiO2, 3-13중량%의 Al2O3, 15-25중량%의 CaO 및 2-10중량%의 ZnO로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면층에 인접, 융착된 다른 층의 결정화 유리는 주로 50-65중량%의 SiO2, 3-13중량%의 Al2O3, 15-25중량%의 CaO 및 2-10중량%의 ZnO로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품.
- 50-65중량%의 SiO2, 3-13중량%의 Al2O3, 15-25중량%의 CaO 및 2-10중량%의 ZnO를 주성분으로 포함하고, 1000 내지 1200℃에서 연화 및 변형되는, 편상의 결정화될 수 있는 유리 조각 및 상기 편상 조각보다 작은-덩어리를 준비하는 단계 ; 모울드의 바닥위에서 상기 편상 조각들이 서로 불규칙하게 중첩되는 편상-조각층을 형성하기 위하여 모울드 방출제로 피복된 내부 표면을 갖는 모울드 속에 상기 편상 조각들을 넣는 단계 ; 작은-덩어리 층을 형성하기 위하여 상기 편상-조각층 위에 상기의 작은-덩어리를 넣는 단계 ; 및 상기 편상-조각층 및 작은-덩어리 층을 1000 내지 1200℃에서 열처리하여 상기 편상 조각 및 작은-덩어리의 결정화와 함께 상기 편상 조각 및 작은-덩어리를 융착시켜 결정화된 유리 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 결정화될 수 있는 유리의 유리판을 제조하고, 상기 유리판을 분쇄하여 편상 조각들을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유리판은 두께가 0.1 내지 5mm이고, 편상 조각들의 면적은 0.1 내지 100cm2임을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 작은-덩어리는 워터 입상화에 의해 유리의 용융체로부터 작은 볼로서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 작은 볼 각각은 그 직경이 10mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 작은-덩어리는 작은 입자들을 형성하기 위하여 결정화된 유리를 거칠게 분쇄하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 결정화된 유리 제품의 제조 방법.
