Description
Claims (10)
- 유리 기판, 상기 유리 기판 상에 가로로 형성되어 있는 다수의 게이트 라인, 절연층을 개재하여 상기 각 게이트 라인 위에 형성되어 있는 다수의 반도체층 패턴, 상기 반도체층 패턴 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 게이트 라인에 대하여 경사지게 교차하는 일변을 가지고 있는 다수의 데이터 라인, 상기 데이터 라인과 이격되어 형성되어 있으며, 상기 데이터 라인의 경사지게 교차하는 일변과 평행하게 마주보는 일변을 가지고 있는 다수의 드레인 전극패턴, 그리고 상기 각 드레인 전극패턴과 접속되어 있는 다수의 화소전극을 포함하며, 상기 게이트 라인, 상기 데이터 라인, 상기 반도체층 패턴, 그리고 상기 드레인 전극패턴은 상기 교차 부분에서 박막트랜지스터를 이루는 액정표시패널.
- 제1항에서, 상기 드레인 전극패턴의 타변은 상기 게이트 라인의 길이 방향과 평행하게 형성되어 있는 액정표시패널.
- 유리 기판, 상기 유리 기판 상에 가로로 형성되어 있는 다수의 게이트 라인, 상기 게이트 라인과 교차하며 세로로 형성되어 있는 다수의 데이터 라인, 상기 데이터 라인과 상기 게이트 라인이 교차하는 부분에서 상기 데이터 라인과 이격되어 형성되어 있으며, 상기 데이터 라인과 마주보는 일변이 상기 데이터 라인과 평행하게 형성되어 있는 다수의 드레인 전극패턴, 상기 교차 부분에서 상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인 및 드레인 전극패턴 사이에 형성되어 있는 다수의 반도체층 패턴, 그리고 상기 드레인 전극패턴에 접속되어 있는 다수의 화소전극을 포함하며, 상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인은 교차하는 부분에서 가로 및 세로 방향에 대하여 각각 경사져 있으며, 서로 평행하게 겹쳐져 있는 액정표시패널.
- 다수의 6각형 테두리 형상을 가지며 상기 6각형 테두리의 상부가 서로 연결되어 있는 다수의 게이트 라인, 상기 인접한 6각형 테두리 사이의 공간을 통하여 상기 6각형 테두리를 서로 연결하는 각각의 상기 게이트 라인 부분과 교차되도록 형성되어 있는 다수의 데이터 라인, 상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인의 각 교차 부분에 인접하여 형성되어 있으며 게이트, 소스 및 드레인 전극을 가지고 있는 다수의 스위칭 소자, 그리고 상기 각 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 각 6각형 테두리 내에 형성되어 있는 다수의 화소전극을 포함하는 액정표시패널.
- 제4항에서, 상기 각 화소전극으로부터 연장되어 상기 6각형 테두리의 게이트 라인과 부분적으로 중첩되도록 형성된 캐패시터용 제1전극을 더 포함하며, 상기 캐패시터용 제1전극이 절연막을 개재하여 상기 화소전극과 대향되는 액정표시패널.
- 제4항에서, 상기 6각형 테두리의 게이트 라인이 인접한 6각형 테두리의 게이트 라인과 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 용장 연결부를 더 포함하는 액정표시패널.
- 제4항에서, 상기 게이트 라인과 교차되는 데이터 라인 부분은 경사져 있는 액정표시패널.
- 제7항에서, 상기 경사진 데이터 라인이 상기 스위칭 소자의 소스전극인 액정표시패널.
- 제7항에서, 상기 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극의 일변은 상기 경사진 데이터 라인과 평행한 액정표시패널.
- 제7항에서, 상기 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극의 타변은 상기 경사진 데이터 라인과 평행한 액정표시패널.
