Claims (2)
- 영상 프레임차를 이용한 비디오 전송회로에 있어서, 외부로 부터 입력되는 영상과 제1변화 검출 마스크를 합성하여 현재 프레임의 변화 부분을 추출하는 합성수단(18); 상기 합성수단(18)의 출력을 입력으로 하여 현재 프레임의 변화부분을 분할하는 초기분할 수단(19); 상기 초기 분할 수단(19)의 출력을 일입력으로 하며, 제2변화 검출 마스크를 타입력으로 하여 움직인 부분을 검출하는 움직임 검출수단(20); 상기 움직임 검출수단(20)의 출력을 입력으로 하여 간략화된 영역을 추출하는 최종 분할 수단(21); 상기 최종 분할 수단(21)의 출력을 일입력으로 하며, 외부로부터 입력되는 영상을 타입력으로 하여 질감 정보를 표현하는 질감 부호화수단(22); 상기 최종 분할 수단(21)의 출력을 입력으로 하여 경계 정보를 표현하는 경계 부호화 수단(23); 상기 질감 부호화 수단(22)의 출력을 일입력으로 하며, 상기 경계 부호화 수단(23)의 출력을 타입력으로 하여 전송채널의 용량을 고려하여 데이타의 양을 조절하면서 전송채널로 신호를 전달하며, 상기 움직임 검출수단(20)으로 자신의 상태 정보를 보내는 버퍼수단(24); 상기 버퍼수단(24)의 출력을 입력으로하여 이전 프레임의 영상을 재생하는 프레임 재생수단(25); 상기 프레임 재생수단(25)의 출력을 입력으로 하여 상기 질감 부호화수단(22)에서 표현된 영역간의 성질을 부드럽게 하는 후처리 필터링 수단(26); 상기 후처리 필터링 수단(26)의 출력을 입력으로 하여 재생 프레임을 저장하는 제1프레임 메모리 수단(13); 입력되는 영상 필터링하여 입상 잡음을 제거하는 전처리 필터링 수단(11); 상기 전처리 필터링 수단(11)의 출력을 일입력으로 하며, 상기 제1프레임 메모리(13)의 출력을 타입력으로 하여 재생된 이전 프레임과 전처리된 현재 프레임의 원영상간의 차를 구하는 제1가산수단(14); 상기 제1가산수단(14)의 출력을 입력받아 역치화하여 제1변화 검출 마스크를 발생하는 제1변화 검출수단(12); 상기 전처리 필터링 수단(11)의 출력을 입력받아 저장하는 제2프레임 메모리 수단(16); 상기 전처리 필터링 수단(16)의 출력을 일입력으로 하며, 상기 제2프레임 메모리 수단(16)의 출력을 타입력으로 하여 현재 프레임의 원영상과 이전 프레임의 원영상의 차를 구하는 제2가산수단(17); 및 상기 제2가산수단(17)의 출력을 입력받아 역치화하여 제2변화 검출 마스크를 발생하는 제2변화 검출수단(15)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 프레임차를 이용한 영상신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리 필터링 수단(26)이 평균 보존 평활 필터(26)인 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 프레임차를 이용한 영상신호 전송장치.
