본 고안은 테이프 인출장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 테이프를 인출하는 암 테이크 업이 재생시의 위치와 이젝트시의 위치를 각각 다르게 하여 테이프가 암 테이크 업에 걸리지 않고 인출되도록하여, 테이프에 손상이 가는 것을 방지한 카세트 테이프 인출장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 카세트 테이프는 제2도(a)에 도시된 상태에서 카세트(7)가 삽입되면 모터의 구동에 의하여 핀치기어(4)가 시계방향으로 회전하고, 이 회전에 의해 레버 테이크 업(5)이 시계 반대 방향으로 회전하게 되면, 상기 레버 테이크 업(5)과 기어(3)로 물려 있는 암 테이크 업(2)이 움직이고 테이프(6)는 상기 암 테이크 업(2)후면에 위치하게 되어 제2도의 (b)와 같이 된다.
상기와 같은 상태에서 계속되는 핀치기어(4)의 회전에 의해 레버 테이크 업(5)은 시계 반대 방향으로 회전하게 되고, 이 회전에 의해 암 테이크 업(2)은 테이프(6)를 끌고 시계 방향으로 회전하면서 최종적으로 캡스턴 모터 샤프트(1) 후면에 위치하여 재생위치로 가게 되어 제3도와 같이 된다.
이와 같이 구성된 종래의 테이프 인출장치는 이젝트 동작시 암 테이크 업(2)이 캡스턴 모터 샤프트(1) 후면으로 이동할 때 테이프(6)가 완전히 위로 들려지지 않을 경우 상기 암 테이크 업(2)이 테이프(6)를 끌고 캡스턴 모터 샤프트(1) 후면으로 이동하여 테이프가 암 테이크 업(2)에 걸린 상태에서 사용자가 카세트(7)를 잡아 당기면 암 테이크 업(2)이 시계 반대 방향으로 강제적으로 회전하게 되어 부품이 파손되거나 테이프(6)에 손상이 가는 문제점이 발생 되었다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 테이프를 인출하는 암 테이크 업이 재생시의 위치와 이젝트시의 위치를 각각 다르게 하여 테이프가 암 테이크 업에 걸리지 않고 인출되도록 하여, 테이프에 손상가는 것을 방지한 카세트 테이프 인출장치를 제공 하는데 있다.
이하 본 고안에 의한 카세트 테이프 인출장치를 첨부도면에 도시한 실시예에 따라서 상세히 설명한다.
제4도는 본 고안 이젝트 위치를 나타낸 사시도이고, 제5도는 본 고안 재생시의 위치를 나타낸 사시도이며, 제6도는 본 고안의 요부 평면도로서, 이에 도시한 바와 같이 핀치기어(30)와 맞물려 회전하는 기어(20)와, 내부에 가이드부(11)가 형성되고 상기 기어(20)와 맞물려 회전하는 캠기어(10)와, 상기 캠기어(10)의 가이드부(11)에 위치하여 회전될 수 있도록 회전부(41)가 형성되고 일측에 작동부(42)를 가지는 랙기어(40)와, 상기 랙기어(40)의 작동부(42) 작동에 의해 일정 각도로 전,후 회전하는 암 테이크 업(50)으로 구성된다.
미설명 부호 60은 테이프이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 최초 이젝트 상태에서 암 테이크 업(50)의 위치는 캡스턴 모터 샤프트 전면에 위치한 상태이고, 테이프(60)가 삽입되면 상기 테이프(60)는 암 테이크 업(50)의 후면에 위치한다. 이와 같은 상태에서 모터(미도시)에 전원이 인가되면 핀치기어(30)는 시계 방향으로 회전하고, 이 회전력은 기어(20)를 통하여 캠기어(10)를 시계 방향으로 회전 시킨다.
상기와 같이 캠기어(10)가 회전하면 가이드부(11)에 삽입된 회전부(41)가 상기 가이드부(11)에 안내되어 이동하면 랙기어(40)가 시계 방향으로 회전한다.
이때, 랙기어(40)의 작동부(42)와 접촉된 암 테이크 업(50)을 시계 방향으로 회전 시키면 상기 암 테이크 업(50)은 테이프(60)를 밀고 캡스터 모터 샤프트 후면으로 이동하여 재생할 수 있는 위치에 위치하게 된다.
한편, 이젝트 동작시에는 상기와는 반대로 핀치기어(30)는 시계 반대 방향으로 회전하게 되고, 이 회전은 기어(20)를 통하여 캠기어(10)를 시계 반대 방향으로 회전 시킨다. 그러면, 랙기어(40)의 회전부(41)가 캠기어(10)의 가이드부(11)에서 안내됨과 동시에 암 테이크 업(50)을 작동부(42)로 인도하면서 전면으로 전진하게 된다.
이 상태에서 테이프(60)는 상승되어 셋트 밖으로 인출된다. 이때, 랙기어(40)의 회전부(41) 캠기어(10)에서 동일반경을 가지는 가이드부(11)를 미끄러지게 되어 회전하지 않으므로 암 테이크 업(50)은 회전되지 않는다.
제7도는 본 고안의 다른 실시예를 도시하는 것으로, 캠기어(96)의 가이드부(97)에 삽입되어 안내될 수 있도록 힌지(81)가 형성된 랙기어(80)와, 상기 랙기어(80)의 힌지(81)와 결합되어 회전가능하게 한쪽에 삽입홈(93)이 형성되고 다른 한쪽에는 안내홈(91)(92)에 삽입될 수 있도록 돌기(72)가 형성되고 결합부(71)를 가지는 암 테이크 업(70)과, 상기 암 테이크 업(70)과 링크(90)를 고정하는 고정축(75)으로 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 실시예에서는 캠기어(96)가 회전하면 가이드부(97)에 삽입된 힌지(81)가 상기 가이드부(97)에 안내되어 이동하게 된다. 이때, 힌지(81)와 연결 고정된 링크(90)의 안내홈(91)은 고정축(75)에 삽입되어 있는 자유롭게 이동할 수 있고, 고정홈(92)에 돌기(72)를 삽입하여 고정된 암 테이크 업(70)은 고정축(75)을 축으로 회전하게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 카세트가 인출된 상태에서도 암 테이크 업이 캡스턴 모터 샤프트의 전면에 위치하게 되므로, 종래와 같이 카세트 인출 돌작시 암 테이크 업이 테이프를 끌고 다니는 경우가 발생되지 않을뿐만 아니라, 테이프가 걸리지 않고 카세트에서 인출 되므로, 테이프가 손상되지 않는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부에 가이드부가 있고, 기어조합에 의하여 회전하는 캠기어와, 상기 캠기어의 가이드부에 위치하여 회전될 수 있도록 회전부가 형성되고 일측에 작동부를 가지는 랙기어와, 상기 랙기어의 작동부와 암 테이크 업의 반경이 다른 면이 접촉하도록 하여 랙기어의 작동에 의해 일정 각도로 회전하는 암 테이크 업으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 카세트 테이프 인출장치.
  2. 캠기어의 가이드부에 삽입되어 안내될 수 있도록 힌지가 형성된 랙기어와, 상기 랙기어의 힌지와 결합되어 회전 가능하게 한쪽에 삽입홈이 형성되고 다른 한쪽에는 안내홈과 고정홈이 각각 형성된 링크와, 상기 링크의 고정홈에 삽입될 수 있도록 돌기가 형성되고 결합부를 가지는 암 테이크 업과, 상기 암 테이크 업과 링크를 고정하는 고정축으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 카세트 테이프 인출장치.
