Claims (4)
- 자기 베어링에 의해 지지되는 주스핀들을 가지는 기계 가공 장치에 있어서, 한 종단(3b)에 연장(21)을 가지는 스핀들(3)과, 상기 스핀들(3)에 접촉없이 자기력에 의해 방사상 및 축방향으로 상기 스핀들(3)을 지지하기 위한 전자석(5,6)과, 상기 스핀들(3)의 방사상 및 축방향 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치 검출수단(14,15,16)과, 상기 위치 검출수단(14,15,16)으로부터의 출력에 응답하여, 상기 전자석(5,6)에 흐르는 전류를 제어하기 위한 제어 수단(20)과, 전자석(5a 내지 5d, 6a 내지 6d)중의 최소한 하나에 흐르는 전류치를 측정하기 위한 전류 측정 수단(28)과, 상기 측정 전류치(28)에 따라 상기 전자석(5,6)에서의 전류치를 제어하므로 기계 가공상태를 제어하기 위한 기계 가공 제어 수단(45)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계 가공 제어 수단(45)은 상기 측정 전류치(28)에 부합되어 절삭 부하를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계 가공 제어 수단은 상기 측정 전류치(28)에 부합되어 연장의 절삭 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계 가공 제어수단(45)은 상기 측정 전류치(28)에 부합되어 연장 보정 명령을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 가공 장치.
