Claims (12)
- 유입 부재내의 유체에서 나오는 압력을 압력 함수의 출력을 내는 압력 센서에 격리하여 연결시키기 위한 격리 장치에 있어서; 유입 부재로부터 유체를 수용하기 위해 상기 격리 장치내에 설치되는 유입구와; 상기 유체로부터의 압력을 상기 압력 센서로 격리하여 연결시키기 위해 외부 경계부에 의해 둘러싸인 작동범위를 가지며, 상기 유입구내에 배치되는 격리 수단과; 유입 부재로부터의 유체를 상기 격리 수단에 밀봉상태로 연결시키기 위해 상기 격리 수단 주위에서 상기 유입구내에 설치되는 시일 수단 ; 및, 상기 시일 수단을 상기 외부 경계부에 인접한 상기 격리 수단의 적어도 일부의 위에 위치하게 되도록 지지하기 위해 상기 유입구내에 설치되며, 상기 작동기 범위로부터 상기 시일 수단의 적어도 일부를 이격시켜, 상기 작동 법위 중의 유효 영역을 증대시킬 수 있게 하는 지지 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 작동 범위를 갖는 굴곡성의 격리판을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 상기 격리판으로부터 압력 센서로 압력을 전달하기 위한 비압축성 유체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 격리판의 상기 작동 범위 중의 증가된 유효 영역은 상기 비압축성 유체의 증가된 체적 변화를 수용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시일 수단은 탄성체인 시일인 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지지 수단은 상기 격리판의 작동 범위의 위에 걸쳐지는 시일 지지 부재를 구비하며, 상기 작동 범위로부터 소정의 거리만큼 이격되어 상기 유입 부재와 상기 시일 지지 부재 사이에 탄성체 시일을 지지하며, 상기 시일 지지 부재의 중앙에는 압축 유체가 통과할 수 있는 개구가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시일 지지 부재는 상기 유입구내에 제거 가능하게 장착되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시일 지지 부재는 상기 작동 범위의 외부 경계부 위에 배치되고, 이로부터 안쪽으로 뻗어 있으며, 상기 작동 범위로부터 소정의 거리만큼 테이 퍼진 테이퍼벽을 구비하고, 이에 따라 시일부재가 작동 범위로부터 이격되어 그 위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시일 지지 부재는 상기 작동 범위의 위에 위치하고 작동 범위를 가로질러 연장되며, 상기 시일 지지 부재는 도관으로부터의 압축 유체를 상기 작동 범위로 연결하는 적어도 하나의 오리피스를 가지며, 이에 따라 작동 범위가 손상되지 않도록 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작동 범위가 증가되도록 상기 격리판이 돔(dome)형상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유입구가 격리 장치의 외부면에 있는 홈으로 구성되고, 이 홈은 외부면으로부터 내측으로 뻗어 있고 내측 방향으로 가면서 직경이 축소하도록 테이퍼져 있는 환상의 측벽을 가지며, 상기 격리판의 외부 경계부는 상기 시일 지지 부재에 밀봉 연결되어 격리 조립체를 형성하며, 이 격리 조립체를 형성하며, 이 격리 조립체는 작동 범위가 증가되도록 테이퍼진 측벽내에서 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리 장치.
