본 고안은 슬리퍼에 관한 것으로서, 상하판의 전후방에 방향성을 구애받지 않도록 착용이 가능한 갑부가 분리형으로 구비되고, 갑부의 결합돌기는 상하판의 요홈에 견고히 고정될 수 있게 한 슬리퍼에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 종래에는 갑부의 결합부가 몸체에서 수직방향으로 결합되어 있으므로 이와 같이 어느 한쪽의 갑부가 밟히므로 인해 갑부는 슬리퍼몸체와 수평상태는 짓눌린 상태가 되고 동시에 몸체와 갑부의 결합부인 양측벽이 쉽게 파손되는 결함이 있었다(제4도 표시).
또한 상기와 같은 폐단을 갖는 슬리퍼를 보완하기 위해 선출원공개된 일본 공개 실용신안 공부 평2-2003호에서 보는 바와 같이 하판에 소정형상의 홈을 갖는 결합부를 형성하고, 이에 갑피를 삽입시킨 상태에서 상판의 결착으로 갑피가 고정될 수 있게 하였으나 이는 하판과 상판의 끼워진 상태로 고정된 갑피가 상·하 분리파손시 쉽게 파손되는 폐단이 있고 일정한 위치의 방향성을 갖도록 착용함에 따라 착용 편의성을 제공하지 못한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 결점을 해결하고자 한 것으로, 상판과 하판의 하면 또는 상기 상판과 하판의 각 삽착부의 내측단부에 전후방향으로 요홈을 형성하고, 전후방으로 각기 분리된 갑부의 각 고정부 내측단부에는 전후 방향 결합돌기를 형성하여 결합돌기가 요홈에 결합시킴에 따라 슬리퍼에 설치된 갑부의 견고성을 높일 수 있게하고, 자유방향에서 슬리퍼의 갑부에 착용됨으로서 착용편의성을 높일 수 있게 한 것을 목적으로 한다.
이하, 본 고안의 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상판(10)과 하판(20)의 양측 전후방에 삽착부(15)와 상기 삽착부(15)에 갑부가 하부 전후방 양측으로 형성한 고정부(30A)가 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상판(10)과 하판(20)의 하면 또는 상기 상판(10)과 하판(20)의 각 삽착부(15)의 내측단부에 전후방향으로 요홈(11)(21)을 형성하고, 전후방으로 각기 분리된 갑부(30)(40)의 각 고정구(30A) 내측 단부에는 전후방향 결합돌기(31)(41)을 형성하여 결합돌기(31)(41)가 요홈(11)(21)에 결합 고정시켜 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 일 실시예에 대한 작용효과를 설명하면, 상판(10)과 하판(11)이 대응하는 전후방 양측에 각각 소정형상의 홈을 갖는 삽착부(15)를 구비하고, 각 삽착부(15)의 내측단부에는 요홈(11)을 형성하며 이 요홈(11)에는 전후방으로 분리된 갑부(30)(40)의 양측 하단부에 형성한 고정구(30A)의 결합돌기(31)(41)을 삽착시킨 상태에서 상·하단(10)(20)의 접합으로 갑부(30)(40)가 고정될 수 있게 한다.
이는 갑부(30)(40)의 결합돌기(31)가 삽착부(15)의 요홈(11)(12)에 끼워진 상태로 고정됨에 따라 보다 견고하게 고정이 유지되는 것이다.
또한 갑부(30)(40)가 전후방으로 분리된 슬리퍼는 착용시 어느 한측 갑부에 발을 삽입시키고, 다른 한측의 갑부는 뒷꿈치를 가압시키도록 한 상태로 착용이 가능하므로서, 슬리퍼의 방향성에 구애됨이 없이 착용이 가능한 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안은 슬리퍼의 상하판에 요홈을 형성하고, 이에 전후방으로 분리된 갑부의 결합돌기를 고정시킴으로서 갑부의 고정견고성을 높이고, 동시에 방향에 구애받지 않는 슬리퍼의 착용이 가능하도록 하므로서 착용편의성을 높인 효과가 있다.

  1. 상판(10)과 하판(20)의 양측 전후방에 삽착부(15)와 상기 삽착부(15)에 갑부가 하부 전후방 양측으로 형성한 고정구(30A)가 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상판(10)과 하판(20)의 하면 또는 상기 상판(10)과 하판(20)의 각 삽착부(15)의 내측단부에 전후방향으로 요홈(11)(21)을 형성하고, 전후방으로 각기 분리된 갑부(30(40)의 각 고정구(30A) 내측 단부에는 전후방향 결합돌기(31)(41)을 형성하여 결합돌기(31)(41)가 요홈(11)(21)에 결합고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리퍼.
