본 발명은 자동차의 조향축(steering shaft)에 관한 것으로서, 운전자의 승하차시 움직임이 용이하도록 하기 위해, 상단부에 조향핸들(11)에 체결되고 중간부에 틸트레버(30)가 조작 가능하게 장치되는 조향축(10)과, 상기 조향축의 틸트레버(30)에 솔레노이드(41)에 의해 구동 가능하게 연결되고 도어의 개폐상태를 검출하는 도어스위치(42)에 통전 가능하게 연결되는 제어유니트(40)로 구성하여, 상기 도어스위치(42)의 개폐상태에 따라 상기 솔레노이드(41)에 제어신호를 인가하여, 도어가 열리면 조행축(10)과 조향핸들(11)이 상부로 이동되어 운전자의 무릅과 조향핸들(11) 사이가 넓어져 승하차가 용이하도록 하는 자동차 조향축의 틸트장치이다.The present invention relates to a steering shaft of a motor vehicle, which is fastened to a steering wheel 11 at an upper end and a tilt lever 30 is operable to be operated in an intermediate part in order to facilitate movement of a driver when getting on and off.
