Description

자동차의 공기청정기
제1도는 종래 자동차의 공기청정기에 대한 구성분해도.
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 공기청정기의 구성분해도.

본 고안은 자동차의 공기청정기에 관한 것이다.
자동차의 엔진룸(ENGINE ROOM)내에는 공기청정기가 설치되는바, 종래의 공기청정기는 첨부도면 제1도에 도시된 바와같이 공기흡입구(8)와 공기배출구(9) 및 체결고리(12)를 가지는 원통의 몸체(1)내에 원통형의 엘리먼트(2 ; ELEMENT)가 안치되어진 후, 상기 몸체(1) 윗부분에서 커버(3)가 덮혀져서 상기 커버(3)의 외주연에 형성된 걸림턱(13)에 상기 몸체(1)의 체결고리(12)를 걸어 주므로써, 공기청정기(4)의 부품별 조립이 완성되도록 되어 있었다.
그러나 종래의 이러한 구성은 엘리먼트(2)와 커버(3)가 별개의 부품으로 형성조립되어 있으므로 엘리먼트(2)의 교환시에 여러가지 이물질로 오염되어 있는 상기 엘리먼트(2)를 손으로 잡아 뽑아야 하므로 매우 불결할 뿐만 아니라 몸체(1)상에 커버(3)를 고정하여 주도록 한 체결고리(12)를 일일이 커버(3)의 걸림턱(13)상에 걸어주거나 해체하여야 하는 번거로움이 있음은 물론, 의외로 쉽게 탈거 되지 않는 경우가 많았다.
본 고안은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로써, 공기청정기의 엘리먼트와 커버를 일체로 형성하는 동시에 몸체의 내부 중앙에는 수직의 숫나사봉을 상향형성하고, 커버에는 관통공을 형성하여서 커버의 외측에서 나비너트로 조립, 해체가 가능하도록 함으로써 상기 엘리먼트의 청소나 교체시에 간편하게 탈거할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이하 첨부도면을 참고하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 몸체(1)와 엘리먼트(2) 및 커버(3)로 이루어진 자동차의 공기청정기(4)에 있어서, 상기 엘리먼트(2)는 커버(3)의 저면에 일체로 형성되는 동시에, 상기 몸체(1)내에는 선단에 숫나사(5)가 형성된 숫나사봉(6)이 형성되어져 있으며, 커버(3)의 중앙에는 관통공(7)이 형성되어서 나비너트(10)로 체결토록 이루어진 것이다.
이를좀더 상세히 설명하면 첨부도면 제2도는 본 고안에 따른 공기청정기(4)의 분리사시도로써, 원통형의 몸체(1)에는 흡입구(8)와 배출구(9)가 형성되어져 있는 동시에 몸체(1)내의 중간부분에는 선단에 나비너트(10)의 체결이 가능하도록 선단에 숫나사(5)가 형성된 숫나사봉(6)이 형성되어져 있다.
한편, 커버(3)는 중앙에 관통공(7)이 형성되어져 있으며, 상기 커버(3)의 내측에는 원통형의 엘리먼트(2)가 일체로 형성되어져 있어서, 상기 엘리먼트(2)가 일체로 형성된 커버(3)의 관통공(7)이 몸체(1)의 숫나사봉(6)에 끼워짐과 동시에 상기 커버(3)가 몸체(1)의 윗부부을 덮을 수 있도록 한 후, 커버(3)의 외측으로부터 숫나사(5)에 나비너트(10)를 체결할 수 있도록 구성되어져 있다.
도면중 미설명 부호 11, 11'는 스폰지 혹은 고무이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면, 원통형의 몸체(1)내에 커버(3)와 일체로 형성된 원통형의 엘리먼트(2)를 끼워 넣어 숫나사봉(6)의 선단이 커버(3)의 관통공(7)을 관통하도록 하여 상기 커버(3)의 상부에서 관통공(7)으로 도출되어 나온 숫나사(5) 부분에 나비너트(10)로 조이면 공기청정기(4)의 전체적인 조립이 완료되게 되며, 흡입구(8)로 흡입된 공기는 상기 엘리먼트(2)를 통과하여 청정작용이 이루어지며 동시에 배출구(9)로 배출되어지게 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 몸체(1)의 내측 바닥부와 엘리먼트(2)의 저면사이 및 몸체(1)의 상부외주부와 커버(3)의 내측외주부에 설치되는 스폰지(11, 11' 혹은 고무)는 엔진의 시동에 따른 진동으로부터 보호하기 위한 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 자동차 공기청정기 엘리먼트와 커버를 일체로 형성하여 상기 엘리먼트의 청소나 교체를 위한 탈거가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.

  1. 몸체(1)와 엘리먼트(2) 및 커버(3)로 이루어지고 몸체(1)내로 선단에 숫나사(5)가 형성된 숫나사봉(6)이 설치된 자동차의 공기청정기에 있어서, 상기 숫나사봉(6)이 삽입되도록 중앙에 관통공(7)이 형성된 커버(3)의 저면에 공기청정기 엘리먼트(2)가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 몸체(1)의 상부 외주부에 스폰지(11')가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기청정기.
