Claims (10)
- 제1단계에서, 조정할 수 있도록 잠길 수 있는 입구(8)를 포함하는 용접장치(9,17)에 의하여 통체되는 하향용접으로서, 평판체들을 함께 용접하므로써 큰 평판 조립체들을 형성하는데, 그 용접 장치(9,17)는 바람직하게 용접 홈을 솔질하기 위한 장치(33)와 용접보강을 제거하기 위한 프레이즈반용 커터(36)를 또한 포함하며, 제2단계에서는 기계적 허용 부분을 제외하고는 구 형태의 탱크의 구조적 형태에 맞도록 용접된 판 조립체들을 원하는 형태로 자르고, 제3단계에서는 상기 판 조립체를 부분적 구 형태로 굽히고, 제4단계에서는 연속되는 용접 단계에 적합한 상기 판 조립체의 모서리들을 포레이즈반용 커터(36)에 의하여 형성하며, 제5단계에서는 기울어질 수 있는 지지 구조(30)를 포함하는 매니퓰레이터 장치(16)를 사용하므로써, 하향 용접으로서 두개의 굽은 판 조립체를 결합하는 과정의 조합을 특징으로 하는, 기본적으로 구 형태인 LNG 탱크 또는 20 내지 70mm 두께의 알루미늄 판체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 판체들은 판 조립체들을 생산하기 위한 제조 라인을 판체 회전 장치(2)와 함께 형성하고 있는 두 개의 분리된 매니퓰레이터(3, 16) 내부에서 물질의 두께에 관계없이 한 면당 오직 일회의 통과만으로 알루미늄 판체들을 함께 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔질 장치(33)는 바람직하게는 용접 장치(9, 17)로부터 0.5m 정도 앞에서 용접 홈을 따라 이동하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용접 보강을 제거하는 프레이즈반용 커터(36)는 용접 장치(9, 17)의 뒤에서 용접 방향으로 이동하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 상기 항을 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 흡입 부착 장치가 판체를 유지하는데, 그 장치는, 용접 홈이 용접 지점(39)에서 평면에 대하여 4 °내지7 °, 바람직하게는 용접 방향에서 위로 약 5 °정도 기울어질 수 있도록, 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 상기 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제5단계에서, 용접될 판 조립체들을, 용접 지점(39)에서의 용접 홈의 방향을 용접 방향에서 위로 4°내지7°, 바람직하게는 약 5°의 경사로 맞추는 기울어질 수 있는 테이블(12a, 12b, 12c)상에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제5단계에서, 상기 기울어질 수 있는 테이블(12a, 12b, 12c)은, 지지되는 판 조립체의 오목면 뿐만 아니라 블록면도 지지할 수 있는 큰 고리 모양의 부재 수단(29)에 의하여 용접할 판 조립체들을 지지하는 지지 및 부착 기구를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그 높이를 조정하기 위한 부재를 포함하는 고리 모양 지지 부재(29)의 중앙 영역 내에 부가적인 지지 구조가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 상기 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2단계 후에, 형태 프레이즈반용 커터(36)에 의하여 기계적 허용 부분을 제거하므로써 용접되는 판 조립체들의 모서리부가 완성되며, 상기 커터(36)는 동시에 용접 뿌리면 및 용접 홈 면을 마련하기 위하여 모서리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 상기 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 방법을 사용하여 제조된 판 조립체들을 조립하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 큰 구 형태 LNG 탱크류.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
