저품위 장석 원광으로부터 고품위 정제장석만을 회수 생산하고자 하는 선별공정에 관한 것으로서,저품위 장석 원광석을 1차 파쇄기(3)로 1차 파쇄한 후, 이를 2차 파쇄기(5)로 2차 파쇄하고, 2차 파쇄산물은 다시 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 0.5㎜ 크기의 망목을 갖는 원통형 습식사분기(8)로 사분하여 사상산물은 일반 도자기용으로 출하하고, 0.5㎜ 크기 이하의 사하광액산물은 펌푸(10)로 나선형 고속 비중분리기의 상부에 급광하면 광액이 비중분리기의 홈통을 따라 고속으로 류강할 때 장석은 홈통의 바깥쪽을 따라 흘러내려오고 불순광물들은 홈통의 안쪽을 따라 흘러내려와 각각 분리된다. 이때 장석정광은다시금 펌푸(12)로 습식회전형 고자력 선별기(13)에 급광하여 자력 특성을 갖는 불순광물을 흡인제거하고, 나머지 장석정광만이 흘러 배출되는데 이를 펌푸(15)로 진동탈수기(16)에 급광시켜 탈수된 정제장석을 회수하고 이를 벨트콘베아(17)를통하여 정광사에 적재하였다가 수요자들에게 출하하도록 하거나, 건조된 정제장석을 공급하기 위하여는 탈수된 정제장석을 운반기(18)로 운반하여 건조기(19)에서 완전건조시켜 이를 감응롤형 건식고자력 선별기(20)에 급광하여 나머지 철성분광물을 완전제거한 후 건조된 장석정광을 일정량씩 포장기(21)로 포장하여 출하할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a screening process for recovering and producing only high-quality refined feldspar from low-grade feldspar ore, and firstly crushing low-grade feldspar ore with a primary crusher (3), and then secondary crushing with a secondary crusher (5), and secondary The crushed product is crushed again by a grinder and divided into a cylindrical wet quarter (8) having a mesh of 0.5 mm size, and the filamentous product is shipped for general ceramics.
