Abstract

(a) 디알콕실화 아미노기 이외의 극성 선단기 및 마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 마모 감소 화학적 첨가제, 및 (b) 디알콕실화 아미노 극성 선단기 및 조성물에 대하여 마모 증가 또는 감소 효과가 없는(비-마모 감소 첨가제) 치환기를 갖는 하나 이상의 비-마모 화학적 첨가제를 포함하는 경쟁적 첨가제의 조합물을 조성물에 가하는 것을 포함하는, ATF와 같은 유성 조성물중의 내마모성을 개선시키고 마찰계수를 조절하는 방법.

유용성이고 경쟁적인 첨가제들의 사용을 통한 동력 전달 유체의 내마모성 증가 방법(INCREASING THE FRICTION DURABILITY OF POWER TRANSMISSION FLUIDS THROUGH THE USE OF OIL SOLUBLEC OMPETING ADDITIVES)

제1도는 (1) 기재 유체, (2) 기재 유체에 마모 감소제를 추가한 것 및 (3) 기재 유체에 마모 감소제 및 비-마모 감소 첨가제로서 디에톡실화-n-부틸아민(DEBA)의 조합을 추가한 것에 대하여 저점도 마모 장치(LVFA)를 사용하여 93℃에서 측정된 정적 마찰계수를 나타내는 막대 그래프이고; 제2도는 (1) 기재 유체, (2) 개재 유체에 마모 감소재를 추가한 것, (3) 기재 유체에 마모 감소제 및 0.05중량% DEBA를 추가한 것, (4) 기재 유체에 마모 감소제 및 0.1중량% DEBA를 추가한 것, 및 (5) 기재 유체에 마모 감소제 및 0.2중량% DEBA를 추가한 것에 대하여 LVFA를 사용하여 149℃에서 측정된 정적 마찰계수를 나타내는 막대 그래프이고; 제3도는 (1) 기재유체, (2) 기재 유체에 0.05중량% DEBA를 추가한 것, 및 (3) 기재 유체에 0.1중량% DEBA를 추가한 것을 머콘(MERCON ) 4,000 사이클 마모 시험에서 포드 모터 캄파니(FORD MOTOR COMPANY)머콘 내역서에 기재된 바와 같이 시험된 시험 사이클 수 대 정적 마찰계수를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 디알킬옥실화 아미노기 이외의 극성 선단기 및 마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 제1화학적 첨가제, 및 (b) 디알콕실화 아미노 극성 선단기 및 비-마모 감소 치환기를 갖는 제2화학적 첨가제를 포함하는 유용성(oil-soluble) 화학적 첨가제 조합의 마모 조절 및 내마모성 개선 유효량을 조성물의 주성분인 윤활 점도의 오일에 가하는 것을 포함하는, 유성 조성물의 마찰계수를 조절하고, 내마모성을 개선시키는 방법
  2. (a) 디알킬옥실화 아미노기 이외의 극성 선단기 및 마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 제1화학적 첨가제, 및 (b) 디알콕실화 아미노 극성 선단기 및 비-마모 감소 치환기를 갖는 제2화학적 첨가제를 포함하는 첨가제 조성물의 마찰계수 조절 및 내마모성 개선 유효량과 조성물의 주성분인 윤활 점도의 오일을 포함하는 유성조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1화학적 첨가제(a)가 산성 마모 감소 첨가제, 염기성 마모 감소 첨가제, 금속 함유 마모 감소 첨가제 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1화학적 첨가제(a)가 티오비스에탄올, 이소스테아르산/TEPA, 염기성 칼슘 설포네이트, 염기성 칼슘 페네이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2화학적 첨가제(b)가 디알콕실화 C1∼C20비-마모 감소 하이드로카빌아민을 포함하고, 상기 제1화학적 첨가제 (a)가 디알콕실화 아민 부분을 포함하지 않는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2화학적 첨가제(b)가 디에톡실화 n-부틸아민을 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1화학적 첨가제(a)가 탄소수 10 이상인 실 적질선형 하이드로카빌 마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2화학적 첨가제(b)가 탄소수 10 미만인 실질적 하이드로카빌 비-마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 조성물.
  9. (ⅰ) 조성물의 주성분인 윤활 점도의 오일; 및 (ⅱ) 디알콕실화 아미노기 이외의 극성 선단기 및 마모 감소 치환기를 포함하는 제1화학적 첨가제(a) 및 디알콕실화 아미노 극성 선단기 및 비-마모 감소 치환기를 갖는 제2화학적 첨가제(b)를 포함하는 화학적 첨가제의 조합을 포함하는 유성 조성물의 내마모성을 개선시키고 마찰계수의 절대치를 조절하기 위한 첨가제 농축물.
