Abstract

본 발명은 양이온이 결합된 실리카나 알루미늄의 무기 신화물의 입자를 포함하는 접착제 조성물 및 이들의 접합 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 입자는 경화된 접착제 조성물이 접하고 있는 금속의 부식을 억제하거나 방지하는 기능을 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. (a) 평균 하나 이상의 에폭시드 작용기를 가진 에폭시 수지; (b) 염기 경화제내에 포함된 친핵성 또는 친전자성 그룹과 에폭시 수지내에 포함된 에폭시 고리와의 반응을 통해 에폭시 수지를 경화시키는데 충분한 양의 염기 경화제; (c) 양이온이 경합된 실리카나 알루미늄의 무기 산화물을 포함하며, 에폭시 접착제 조성물을 도포한 금속의 부식을 억제하거나 방지하는데 효과적인 형태와 양으로 존재하는 입자를 포함하는 경화성 구조 에폭시접착제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온이 Ca2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Pb2+, Sr2+, Li+, Ba2+및 Mg2+으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온이 Ca2+, 및 Zn2+으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 칼슘 이온-교환된 비경질질 실리카 겔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지중에 거의 가용성인 에폭시드 상용성 성분과 에폭시 수지중에 거의 불용성인 에폭시드 비상용성 성분을 가진 강화제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 접착제 조성물의 경화 속도를 증대시키는 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 양이온이 결합된 실리카나 알루미늄의 무기 산화물을 포함하며, 접착제 조성물과 접하는 금속 기판 부분의 부식을 억제하거나 방지하는데 효과적인 형태와 양으로 접착제 조성물내에 존재하는 입자를, 금속 기판을 다른 기판에 접합시키는데 사용되는 접착제 조성물중에 포함시키는 것을 포함하여, 다른 기판에 접합된 금속 기판의 부식을 억제하거나 방지하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다른 기판도 또한 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
