Abstract

본 발명은 화학적 발포제와 다른 가공조절제 및 첨가제를 함유한 플라스틱 조성물로부터 폐쇄된 셀을 갖는 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱으로 된 제품의 제조방법에 관계하는 것으로 플라스틱 조성물은 플라스틱 가공기계에서 기계적으로 가공되어 균질적이며 용융된 플라스틱 컴파운드가 된 이후에 플라스틱 컴파운드가 폐쇄된 공동내에서 플라스틱 컴파운드내의 화학적 발포제의 분해온도 이상의 온도에서 가능한 분해조절 첨가제와 함께 압축된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 화학적 첨가제, 다른 가공조절제 및 첨가제를 함유한 플라스틱 조성물이 플라스틱 가공기계에서 기계적으로 가공되어 균질적이며 용융된 플라스틱 컴파운드로 폐쇄된 셀을 가진 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱으로 된 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 플라스틱 컴파운드가 플라스틱 컴파운드내의 화학적 발포제에 대한 분해온도 위의 온도에서 가능한 분해조절 첨가제와 조합으로 폐쇄된 공동내로 압축되며, 플라스틱 컴파운드가 폐쇄된 공동내로 압축될 때 화학적 발포제가 분해되지 않으며, 바라는 정도의 발포제의 분해를 얻기에 충분히 오랫동안 발포제의 분해온도 이상의 온도에서 플라스틱 컴파운드가 공동내에 유지되며, 폐쇄된 공동내의 플라스틱 컴파운드 압력이 충분히 높아서 발포제의 팽창을 막거나 단지 무시할 정도로만 팽창을 허용하고, 바라는 정도의 분해가 얻어질때 몰드가 열려서 플라스틱 컴파운드의 팽창이 일어날 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄된 셀을 가진 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱 제품 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 조성물이 폐쇄된 공동에서 화학적으로 발열 또는 흡열반응하는 화학적 발포제에 대한 분해조절 첨자제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄된 셀을 가진 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱 제품 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화학적 발포제의 분해가 시작되기 이전에 팽창안된 플라스틱 제품의 표면이 폐쇄된 공동에서 고압하에서 발포제의 분해온도 아래의 온도로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄된 셀을 가진 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱 제품 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전체제품이 공동에서 제거되기 전에 제품의 일부를 팽창시키지 않거나 무시할 정도만 팽창시키면서 플라스틱 제품이 제거될 수 있기에 충분한 강도를 표면에 주는 온도로 팽창안된 플라스틱 제품의 표면이 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄된 셀을 가진 가벼운 세포형 플라스틱 제품 제조방법.
